Installation customer service

The only suggestion i have is that the technician should give a brief overview of the new equipment and show you how to use it. But that is not part of the service

Installed Pioneer nav unit

I had the unit removed and Factory system put back. They would not refund the install fee and charged me for parts. Considering I bought the parts they asked for and they told me it would work when it did not they would not refund my money. The manager (who is arrogant and not really nice) told me what did I expect? Aftermarket stuff is not 100% compatible. Sorry, but that needed to be disclosed prior to the install.

Expensive and slow

I dropped my truck off the night before the install date per the technicians request and it still took him all day
