Poor install , needs attention

Stereo came as a pre fit for car not needing any additional mounts and is made to fit into bracket already in car oem stereo. Installer did a very poor job installing the stereo because he just placed the unit inside dash without securing it onto bracket. This creates multiple issues including safety issues. The installer should be severely reprimanded and I should be compensated for the poor install that endangers my safety. I have called shop multiple times and left a message but to not avail. This also creates a customer service issue. Thank you foe letting me give you feedback in a constructive manner without picking a fight or friction.
