Worthless

I paid so much money and had to drive all the way to laffy just to fix the order you screwed up, then when I get there they said they fixed it, which they didn't, and once again I didn't have a single things right and my install is still in complete because of your lack of care. I just suffered a loss in my family and didn't need the extra stress. I will literally never in my life buy a single thing from you guys nor ever promote your business. Not once, not twice, and not three times, not even four times, BUT FIVE times you guys screwed the same order up. I will be going to corporate

Sold the service but no longer do the work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the stereo install package for 99.99 then followed the instructions on the email received for the next two weeks and could not get the service scheduled. Spent hours on line and with chat assist and still could not get exactly why they were selling a service without an install location. Finally drove to Best Buy, stood in the Geek check in experience, presented my email with my order number. They referred me to another Best Buy to contact-resulting in nope; so call the tech squad which resulted in a credit to be issued but with a resulting 20 dollar service charge and the rest in a Best Buy Credit card. Just to get it closed and tired of dealing with their horrible service agreed to a 90 some dollar best buy card and considered the 20 bucks a lesson learned. Yesterday the credit card arrived: 20 bucks and no explanation of why the refund amount was short even though no service was ever provided or could be scheduled since I was told Best Buy is closing it's auto service areas for stereos. Save your money and go to a reputable dealer for the install plus hours of your own time wasted.

Received three automated calls before install saying my credit card had been refunded because i had not picked up my items?????I called and was put on hold for over an hour and was ASSURED my items were in the store by 2 different people. The installation department told me that I was 6 minutes late before informing me that my items were not in the store. When I asked why no one had called me (I gave them 2 different numbers to call) he could not give me a straight answer. I drove over an hour round trip only to find out my items couldn’t be installed because I was 6 minutes late and my items were actually in the store, but the frame was broken. He offered to try and “glue it” back together and still install. I have never encountered such incompetence in a professional installation department.

Service was a nightmare, hint free install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible, technician rescheduled due to “time”, When I arrived to the appointment I was told they could not find my order. I had to purchase a more expensive unit with poor quality. The technician stated after he started on the car the he was unsure about the installation. I was in there from 10am-8:18pm. We had to reschedule with another tech a week later at a store that was 2 hrs away, mind this store was a hour and a half away. When we left the back up camera and the radio was not working, He forgot to hook the camera back up and failed to install the antennae. The store manager gave us a coffee mug. We are still awaiting a full refund that they stated was refunded. An emailed receipt was sent but my bank stated it was never credited and it has been a month today. So I guess I have to dispute the original charge to receive my refund. I hate Best Buy thinking about starting a social media page because I know I’m not the only one to experience this horrible treatment

Worst Customer Service

I schedule my install at that time to take place today 1-25-19. The installer told me to schedule it at 11:00 so they wouldn’t schedule any other appointments that day. I arrived to my appointment about 10:20. At 11:55 today the installer left me a message stating that he could not install my radio today because he needed an air compressor to cut a metal bracket and their air compressor has been broken since early last week and the new one wouldn’t be here for a week and half. We tried calling the installer back/the store multiple times but could never get anyone to pick up the phone. At 12:45 (we were at a basketball game) I went back up there with the the necessary tools. When I arrived he has not even attempted to install, my dash had not even been taken off. I told him I would take the bracket out. He told me that he didn’t have time to install it now because he had other appointments coming in. He could reschedule my appointment for February 22 (another month away) I asked to speak to the manager. The manager of geek squad told me the only thing he could do is reach out to Tyler (an hour away) and see when they could get us in. He also offered us a discount off of our already free installation. I then called 1-888-best-buy and stayed on hold for over 45 minutes just to be told they could schedule me a new appointment. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The only reason I bought the radio from Best Buy was to have it installed. There is no way I will ever buy anything from this store again.
