The in dash stereo I had installed didn't go exactly as I had hoped but the tech was helpful in explaining his work and what my options were for getting my system back to work the way I had it in my old car

Didnt get installation. No idea why theyre asking for a review. Installer said only a master installer could do it. But a little while in my driveway I managed just fine myself.

I would give it a minus five if I could! Best Buy? More like, "Best Buy from someone else! I made four trips to the Rockford store to make sure we were on the same page. On the last visit, the day before the install I was told how long it would take (5.5hrs) and how much it would cost by a salesperson, and one of the installers. When I got there for my appointment, I was told that a rescheduled appointment was taking longer than they thought and mine would not be starting on time. I know things happen and I said, ok, just try to get it done as soon as you can, then they said they might not have time to install all of my components and I said but I have this time scheduled and it's the only free time I have and it would be hard to make another appointment. And they said they would try to get it done. Eight and a half hours later (a half hour after closing time) I picked up my van and it wasn't done, and what was done wasn't done right, so I got an estimate from someone else to fix it and finish the job, and it will cost me another $500. Not only did they not install the dashboard speakers I brought in and had scheduled to be put in, but they didn't install the Alpine Power Pack I bought from them. If I had it to do over, I would not even consider using this store for this type of work.

I would definitely use them again. They were great.

Wish I could have gotten the radio installed, but the person who set the appointment up didn’t set it up correctly and my wife and I had to drive 40 minutes to the store to be told this. Unfortunately they couldn’t do the entire install, which included the steering wheel controls and back up camera. We asked to reschedule for that day and we were told no. Asking to return all the parts we were shown that we were over charged for multiple items. I would not recommend this service unless you know exactly what parts you need.

They did a great job installing the radio but they really dont pay attention to detail, such as truck model and make. And I had a heck of a time scheduling my installation correctly.

My agent installed and messed up the install left me without a stereo for 2 weeks I had to pay additional amount for the correction of the mistake on the installation now a good install except I was informed all fixed was covered

Install went fast and good. Only issue was that they didn't inform me that in order for my vehicle to get sirius radio from my factory radio to the new one requires an additional tuner after I purchased the new radio.

The install was professional and took bout an hour.

I've never seen such an unprofessional installation in my life. Bezels we're installed incorrectly. Missing mounting screws. Missing bezel clips. Left exposed wires at the rearview mirror. Used screws to wedge in the USB connector. Etc. never again will I use this establishment for any kind of installation. I've already spoken to the management at the store and had it installed at and expressed my extreme concern with the quality of the installation the lack of detail and the use of completely inappropriate practices to install this stereo system.
