    I would give it a minus five if I could! Best Buy? More like, "Best Buy from someone else! I made four trips to the Rockford store to make sure we were on the same page. On the last visit, the day before the install I was told how long it would take (5.5hrs) and how much it would cost by a salesperson, and one of the installers. When I got there for my appointment, I was told that a rescheduled appointment was taking longer than they thought and mine would not be starting on time. I know things happen and I said, ok, just try to get it done as soon as you can, then they said they might not have time to install all of my components and I said but I have this time scheduled and it's the only free time I have and it would be hard to make another appointment. And they said they would try to get it done. Eight and a half hours later (a half hour after closing time) I picked up my van and it wasn't done, and what was done wasn't done right, so I got an estimate from someone else to fix it and finish the job, and it will cost me another $500. Not only did they not install the dashboard speakers I brought in and had scheduled to be put in, but they didn't install the Alpine Power Pack I bought from them. If I had it to do over, I would not even consider using this store for this type of work.

      Hi Rick – I apologize that your recent car electronics upgrade ran into some unexpected snags. All of our Autotech installs come with a lifetime workmanship warranty, so if there are outstanding issues with your install we’d like the opportunity to take a second look for you. That warranty can be fulfilled at any Best Buy with an install bay, so if you’d like to have someone else perform the work, you can reach out to a different store. Please swing by or give them a call to get that scheduled.

    Horrible, technician rescheduled due to “time”, When I arrived to the appointment I was told they could not find my order. I had to purchase a more expensive unit with poor quality. The technician stated after he started on the car the he was unsure about the installation. I was in there from 10am-8:18pm. We had to reschedule with another tech a week later at a store that was 2 hrs away, mind this store was a hour and a half away. When we left the back up camera and the radio was not working, He forgot to hook the camera back up and failed to install the antennae. The store manager gave us a coffee mug. We are still awaiting a full refund that they stated was refunded. An emailed receipt was sent but my bank stated it was never credited and it has been a month today. So I guess I have to dispute the original charge to receive my refund. I hate Best Buy thinking about starting a social media page because I know I’m not the only one to experience this horrible treatment

    Didnt get installation. No idea why theyre asking for a review. Installer said only a master installer could do it. But a little while in my driveway I managed just fine myself.

    They did a great job installing the radio but they really dont pay attention to detail, such as truck model and make. And I had a heck of a time scheduling my installation correctly.

    Install went fast and good. Only issue was that they didn't inform me that in order for my vehicle to get sirius radio from my factory radio to the new one requires an additional tuner after I purchased the new radio.

    Disappointed with the service. After buying it, I went to the closest Best Buy in Daytona Beach with my equipment. After noticing it was an aftermarket product, the technician refused to install it, indicating it was from China. If you think about it, if he had an iPhone, it was made in China.

    Geek squad installer installed stereo I supplied. Stereo came as a pre fit for car not needing any additional mounts and is made to fit into bracket already in car oem stereo. Installer did a very poor job installing the stereo because he just placed the unit inside dash without securing it onto bracket. This creates multiple issues including safety issues. The installer should be severely reprimanded and I should be compensated for the poor install that endangers my safety. I have called shop multiple times and left a message but to not avail. This also creates a customer service issue. Thank you foe letting me give you feedback in a constructive manner without picking a fight or friction.

    Overall was a good installed but, since the new stereo was installed my radio Has so much static that you cannot listen to it. All other functions work just fine except for the radio

    We purchased the Geek Squad installation for this radio but haven't yet had the radio installed. Have had mixed luck prepaying for geek squad installation so we will have to see how this goes.
