    Didn’t get my unit installed

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appt at 11 and when I pulled up to the back, nobody was there. Waited for 10 mins before I went back in the store and once again I was told to go to the back. Went to the back again and the guy opened the garage door then closed it after he saw me. He opens it again 10 mins later and once I told him I had an appointment at 11, he said I’d have to reschedule. Reschedule? I was there there since 11:03, why am I rescheduling because a Geek squad employee doesn’t want to do their job? I was very disappointed and have been skeptical about getting another radio installed in case this happens again. Ridiculous.

    I had to have my radio reinstalled because they hooked up my USB to the wrong port but otherwise good I guess.

    Still waiting for the installation to get done... on the day it was supposed to get done (2 weeks after it was bought) the installation guy called in and the manager called me when I was already on my way to get it done... rescheduled for another 2 weeks out, because they couldn’t fit me in on another day that was convenient. I told the manager I was disgusted and he didn’t even care... just spoke over me and said the installer would call me the next day. I had to call them, because apparently the guy never had a break to call. Really?!? A 2 minute call! I will never get another thing that has to be installed from Best Buy!

    They were totally clueless on how to install a stereo receiver in my Ford truck. And was a big big waste of time. I purchased the unit from BB and they setup an appointment 8 days later for what i thought was installation day, but it was only a 15 min. consultation to my surprise. So they looked at the truck and said that it was not in their system and that they could not install but another location could. 7 days later that location said the same thing. So a couple weeks later and still not installed. Went to Sound Crafters and a week later I'm loving my new system. Skip BB for installation.

    sales and install department should communicate better. waited two weeks for an install appointment just to get there for the tech to say i need to re-schedule because wrong install type was flagged. job i was flagged for was quoted an hour but actual tech said it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes. also told wiring harness could potentially be wrong. that doesn't make sense to me since the part numbers provided was directly from the best buy computers. ended up just cancelling the whole thing and returning all the hardware. will look elsewhere

    We have always loved Best Buy. My son looked at multiple places but we knew that Best Buy was the way to go. To start the Visalia store sold us the wrong stuff. Then we go to Clovis to install and the guy started arguing with my boyfriend like it was his fault until the manager came out and asked what was going on. He swapped us out for the right part but we will had to pay an additional $60 when u feel like we should've been taking care of. Super surprised from start to finish. And I can't believe how bad the customer service was. I work in customer service and if I acted this way to a customer a I would have been held responsible for my actions.

    Very poor install job

    Had double din installed in my car. Monroeville pa Best Buy. Install took over 4 hours and when I got in my car the dash was all marked up and damaged and glass screen on radio had scratch and small crack on it. Chipped the black finish on radio. Installer said it was all done and came to show me how to hook phone up. I questioned the chips and scratches and he said it was previous damage. I said I had pictures of dash and the radio was brand new. He said my dash was made poorly and radio was already damaged. I left but turned around to complain. He said he would order me a new one and I said fine but I would just install it myself. Called all week and no one in the car stereo department would answer my call. Caller Id anyone!!! What poor service. Should have never gone to Best Buy!!!!! Junior installers and very poor customer service. Call a professional if you want stereo install done right!!!! My mistake!!!

    Terrible Communication!!

    I arrived at the store to get my radio installed but because i was missing a part that i wasn't aware of. The tech gave me his card and told me to call him when i got the part and he would get me in that day. I called the number on this guy's business card 3 times and he never answered. I called the store twice and was transferred to the tech department where no one answered the phone. I ended up getting a refund and had to get my radio installed somewhere else.
