    I had mix reviews. 1 employee would be great and then the next employee would be horrible. I spent a total of 5 to 6 hrs at 2 different bestbuys trying to get everything situated with parts and installation date. Once I got everything situated and finally came back to store 2 weeks later for installation. The install guy wasn't there so i had to reschedule. But i needed radio install that date at latest. So i had to pay someone else to install radio. Smh. No longer trusting free installation. Guess u get what u pay for.

    The cable for backup camera was not suggested during my order and the backup camera is very important for security purpose and it will take more then 2 hours. The technician rebooked me and ordered the back camera cable. I had to drive 40 miles back and forth . You guys dont value customers time and give them a bad experience. Now this is the kind of review i will forward to other people.| For this simple cable i need to drive again 40 miles Axxess AX-TOYCAM3-6V Toyota Back-Up Camera Retain/Add-On with 6 Volt Turn on

    I proably will never spend another penny in Best Buy. The only reason I put one star is because there is no negotive option. They busted the dash in my daughters car which is in very good condition and said it happens. Sorry but they refused to fix it.

    Showed up 8 minutes late to appointment, took 2 minutes to find where to go in the store, and had to wait 5 minutes as the geeks were talking to another customer. After all that, the geek told me he had to reschedule the appointment due to me being 15 minutes late, saying that my installation would take too long and there’s appointments booked right after me. He then refused to reschedule my appointment for a later date, causing me nothing but inconvenience.

    Should’ve done it myself. Broke bezel on my dash which cost me an extra $200.

    Bought a stereo from a different Best Buy as a gift. Person took the stereo in for free install. These thieves swapped the stereo with another lesser quality stereo. The excuse was it wouldn’t work with the vehicle. All would have been fine except they didn’t tell anyone they were doing it. My guess is they will make money off the purchased stereo or did something else with it. All they did was deflect.

    I had to come back 4 times to finally get this installed...1st they cancelled on me, then 2nd time realized they didn't order the right part, 3rd time came back only to find out they didn't order the right part again, 4th time...finally in

    Worked great in shop, but once on the road, there is issues. Not sure if wiring issue but virtually unusable. 1. Stereo changes on its own between Radio, Pandora, Bluetooth, Camera mode and iPod. 2. Sound goes up and down without input. Volume buttons on steering wheel are intermittent, sometimes work and sometimes don't. I would like someone from the Dothan Best Buy store contact me so I might bring back in for diagnostic check on what is going on.

    my orders were not installed! i was emailed to pick it up and next thing i know, they say that they have already done it and that i do not have an appointment on 2-3 2021. now if they do not not give my appoint back or if they try to give me another date any later, I mean like at 10:30 on the 3rd of feb., or sooner. i will be with a lawyer by 1:00! i am not going to left out for someone else! it was your mistake now correct it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’m still having trouble hearing sound from my phone through the devide installed in my car. I’m supposed to be able to use my phone through the new stereo system installed by Best Buy. I called to explain that I still can’t hear my phone through the Bluetooth. I was told by a rep that someone from tech support would call me to schedule an appointment to look at the device and no one has reached out. I tried to call back and no one is answering the phone. I’m a little disappointed. I’m starting to feel like I’m being ignored.

    The reverse camera isn’t clear like before no radio channels think they forgot the antenna I would not recommend to anyone

    Cannot leave a positive review just yet because I haven't used it. Actually was not even aware I purchased it and definitely would of declined purchasing it when offered .
