Still not right & cost me a battery & rental car!

I got there to pick up vehicle & was told my battery was shot. I had never had battery problems before. When I got home to get battery switched my main fuse to vehicle blew & nobody could figure out problem for a week. Backup camera installed only works when it wants to & when you shut truck off camera will continue to power off & on until you unplug it. Box speaker & amp after I found the short in it sound terrible. Viper remote start works ok.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had mix reviews. 1 employee would be great and then the next employee would be horrible. I spent a total of 5 to 6 hrs at 2 different bestbuys trying to get everything situated with parts and installation date. Once I got everything situated and finally came back to store 2 weeks later for installation. The install guy wasn't there so i had to reschedule. But i needed radio install that date at latest. So i had to pay someone else to install radio. Smh. No longer trusting free installation. Guess u get what u pay for.

No proof of purchase, Best Buy records don’t go ba
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Technician was not able to install my pioneer radio, in 2009, Best Buy technicians installed a pioneer radio, now Best Buy tells me whoever installed the 2009 Radio installed it incorrectly and too many loose wires, and I said Best Buy install my radio, I have no proof receipt has been long gone. I went to advance Stereo across the street. They did a fantastic job., I won’t be back to Best Buy for a radio installation

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had it installed at the Newport News location, they were not well organized at 1st contact, arrived at 1st install appt to find out I needed a different harness than the one they previously approved. When i finally got the install completed they were unaccommodating. The install was incorrect, the DVD did not work on accessory, the radio did not shut off correctly I had to turn it off manually. I have made an appt to correct at a different location.

The technician rebooked me and ordered the back camera cable. I had to drive 40 miles back and forth . You guys dont value customers time and give them a bad experience. Don’t arrive slighty late or they will reschedule
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Showed up 8 minutes late to appointment, took 2 minutes to find where to go in the store, and had to wait 5 minutes as the geeks were talking to another customer. After all that, the geek told me he had to reschedule the appointment due to me being 15 minutes late, saying that my installation would take too long and there’s appointments booked right after me. He then refused to reschedule my appointment for a later date, causing me nothing but inconvenience.

Not sure if wiring issue but virtually unusable. 1. Stereo changes on its own between Radio, Pandora, Bluetooth, Camera mode and iPod. 2. Sound goes up and down without input. Volume buttons on steering wheel are intermittent, sometimes work and sometimes don't. I would like someone from the Dothan Best Buy store contact me so I might bring back in for diagnostic check on what is going on.

I’m not happy with the result

I’m supposed to be able to use my phone through the new stereo system installed by Best Buy. I called to explain that I still can’t hear my phone through the Bluetooth. I was told by a rep that someone from tech support would call me to schedule an appointment to look at the device and no one has reached out. I tried to call back and no one is answering the phone. I’m a little disappointed. I’m starting to feel like I’m being ignored.

These thieves swapped the stereo with another lesser quality stereo. The excuse was it wouldn’t work with the vehicle. All would have been fine except they didn’t tell anyone they were doing it. My guess is they will make money off the purchased stereo or did something else with it. All they did was deflect.

simple radio upgrade

All I wanted was a new CD player and back up camera for wide car. Order these parts and come in on the 4th and we can complete the free install. When I arrived on the 4th they need an addition 250 dollars for parts and install fee

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my orders were not installed! i was emailed to pick it up and next thing i know, they say that they have already done it and that i do not have an appointment on 2-3 2021. now if they do not not give my appoint back or if they try to give me another date any later, I mean like at 10:30 on the 3rd of feb., or sooner. i will be with a lawyer by 1:00! i am not going to left out for someone else! it was your mistake now correct it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
