Worst service ever anywhere

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Temple tx, the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere, installers would not works a minute overtime to install an amplifier into my second vehicle and would not install a perfectly working radio due to a loose button and was forced to buy another @ $200 just to have it installed. I have voiced my grievance via email already with no response, I have sent many ppl to the Killeen store for installations as they have spread the word of this horrible service at the temple tx store. I and many others will not do business at this store ever again due to the installers and manager that were less than helpful.

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

The only thing I can do is play radio or Apple CarPlay and the back up camera do work but that’s it.........PS I bought the unit at another Best Buy and I also purchased the GEEK SQUAD protection for a year plus shelled out another 130.00 dollars for a wiring harness and cannot get in touch with anyone from any store..............VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Bad car audio install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my car radio was put in on 5/7 and stopped working about ten minutes after leaving the store and my dash was damaged (the store acknowledged the damage and agreed to repair) the description of the radio online is not what the radio came with. Now I have a radio with no sound less features than described and a damaged dash. Now they are telling me to make another appointment to get this addressed. This is A PROBLEM!!!! Cooperate will be getting a call...

Didn’t install anything

The store was fully functional. Went to the geek squad counter to ask questions about my installation, had a customer ahead of me, another person came over to pickup an item was asked if I needed help I said have questions that would take longer than her pickup, two more techs came over, service manager asked if I had an appointment, I didn’t those two went to the back room and I was left standing there. I will not be shopping at Best Buy unless I can’t get what I need from somewhere else.

Service was very poor.

I purchased a new Pioneer stereo put in my Nissan 350z, which had an older Pioneer in it. What should have took an hour, I had to sit an wait 3 hrs. After they installed the 1st unit, it had a huge scratch on the screen that apparently they did not see. Also when I got in the car, the convertible top was unlatched for some strange reason. I had to wait another hour for 2 more guys to reinstall a new unit.

Installation Service Was Disappointing

The guy was late and we had to install the radio twice because the installer forgot to install the Satellite transmitter on the first try. Very disappointing.

Worst Install Imaginable

Did not hook up my Antenna, Did not hook up my power supply, Took over 4 hours that I waited when originally told max of 2 hours. Very Sloppy. I will never by from Best Buy again anything that requires any intallation.... Ever

Not impressed

Took me 30 minutes to do in my driveway. Would have been 15 if I had done it before. Best buy said I had ants under the carpet. I did. Ok. Took out the seat, pulled up the carpet and sprayed for ants. Took it back. The guy said there were ants. There were not. They said they would not work on it. That was 2 weeks of nonsense. Took me 30 minutes to do the job at home. 15 if I had known which wire was which without reading the manual 6 times. They were billing it out at like 2 hours work, and they added a 40 dollar cable...all they needed was 2 speaker wires and 4 connectors.

Disappointed

Would not go back

The rookie installer jacked it up bad and I've had to clean up his work. The amp was not grounded properly and has a lot of engine noise and the component speakers install located the crossover to close to power cables. Unfortunately BB has only a few locations setup for install anymore and they are all booked months in advance. Too hard to get back in to get things fixed.

Great Install but

Now I realized my dash is missing screws an it is loose plus the back up camera does not work with the button on the radio to activate it. I am sure they will fix it.

They did not call me to notify so I came back to the store only to wait even longer. They also damaged small parts of the plastic surrounding the replacement head unit.

Stay away from auto installation on sunrise and fl

Technician was 20 minutes late, then he skipped me and helped somebody that showed up after me. Waited another 15 minutes. He finally took me and tried his hardest to not install my stereo, excuses such as we don't have that tool to install that and the other was that it wasn't a good radio. He did explain the radio to me but my instruction manual is gone.

Worst experience ever!

I got a full refund and took my business elsewhere. So happy I did, I got the same system installed and saved $30.

Installation quality not good

Useless

I paid for the service then realized there weren’t any appointments near me until November. No one answers the phones at the stores and when I called customer service to ask for a refund (outsourced overseas) the first rep had me on the phone for 35 minutes saying he was pulling up the order (playing games) and the second representative got frustrated due to the language barrier and hung up on me. So i wasted my money and got nothing for the service I paid for. Poor customer service!!!
