    Service was canceled at last minute causing me to lose out on over 300$ of overtime pay because I chose to honor my commitment after numerous notifications from you guys. By the time my purchase is installed, it will be well over a month. One of your car audio techs got sick which happens, but you had zero backup plan. Cost me a lot of money and still waiting for the install that I have already paid for. Would you be happy?

    Horrible experience with the install

    I purchased a car stereo and install for my wife for Christmas. The earliest I could get an appointment was 3 weeks out. On the day of the install, she was told it would take an hour and 45 min so she decided just to wait for the install to be completed. She was there for almost 6 hours! She had to reschedule multiple work appointments. After all that time, the install was not done properly and the back up camera would not work, nor the steering wheel controls. They scheduled her for a return visit to fix the problems and the earliest that had available was another 3 weeks out! I ended up just removing the new stereo myself and reinstalling the old one and returned the unit.

    COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY Geek squad service

    I dropped off my car about 10 minutes before my appointment time of 1PM. They said it would take about 2 hours, so I went to lunch. Over an hour and a half later, they had not even started! The tech was half-heartedly apologetic, but could not even give me an estimate as to when they would start! So, I returned the radio. What a complete waste of time. Your customers deserve better than this.

    Yes, I know I bought the cheapest JVCKenwood Carplay unit, but I expect it to work. The connection to my iPhone doesn't always connect to the unit. When connected, I cannot hear phone calls. When on BT I can hear phone calls but oviously can't use Carplay or Apple Maps. The rearview camera display is mirror image. I bought this on Black Friday. My Geek Squad installation three weeks late was cancelled the day of because installer was sick. Next available installation was a month out. The installation is deemed unsuccessful. I await a replacement unit and re-installation. This is now month three. This gets one star until I get a resolution.

    Agent wasn't professional and inexperienced to installation. My Pioneer its a dvd support and it doesn't play the dvd, only plays cds, a wire hanging off the side and my Nissan has steering wheel controls and the agent never suggested that i need it a module for it. I had to make a new appointment to get the module installed plus waited for almost 3 weeks and on top of that i have to pay for my new installation. I am very disappointed at Best Buy Geek Squad because they refused to solved the issue right then about the inexperienced agent and gave me another date.

    I scheduled the service, but tried to change the appointment and Best Buy states that the service is completed and yet the date is not here yet. I’m not sure what is going on with this, but now the install time is weeks out. I can’t give a nice review of something you have not actually provided. Also, it would be great if we could, as customers, contact our local store that our appointment is scheduled with. Someone needs to contact me with reference to this.

    A simple install of two speakers and plain monitor is now a window that won’t go down and a wait for Toyota to mail parts to repair something that wasn’t broken before the “expert” installation. Tragically poor customer service won’t even answer the phone when called and to boot, an up charge for no reason. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to watch paint dry, much less install anything!

    To put it simply, I paid a lot of money, never asking for a discount or bickering over price. I paid nearly 1000.00 for the installation of my own radio, some usb chargers and new speakers which I purchased from Best Buy. The sound quality was not very good, so I complained and asked for a remedy. I was sold an additional power amp and told that it would resolve my issues. There was no detectable difference in my opinion, as if nothing was actually installed. I felt that after the first complaint, the manager and installer were aggravated with me, and I don't want to deal with that again. I'm going to just go to another provider and pay someone else to do it again.

    After removing my dash board to install a bigger screen the tech removed my backup camera and failed to inform me or ask if I still wanted it connected.

    The install wait was a week the first time and then come to find out the guy did not sell all the cables we needed and they were not carried In store so I had to order online and wait for them to be delivered and wait another week for the install

    I was told that I had free installations with my car radio along with the back up camera and for my steering wheel controls to function. However I was told by the installation department I had to pay for installing the steering controls to work after buying all the parts I explained what I was told and to no avail they still wanted to give me charges. I installed it myself and couldn’t install the steering part which I asked them it’s all they had to do I had done everything else and they still tried to charge me smh. Very bad business on their part. Would you agree?

    First install was wrong parts Second time was to fix problems from first install I asked installer if I bought speakers can he install He said he had no time Well that would have been a sale for best buy

    With the mood I am in, you really don't want me to do this review today. I waited from 12/23 to today for the installation, only to get to the store and find out all the parts were not in (1 item short). Next available date to install is 2/15? Seriously, you want me to wait (2) months to get a car radio installed?!? I only gave this 1 star because I had to.

    The radio works good and it’s hooked up right but since the install I have 2 cracks in my dash trim that rattle like crazy. I was unhappy because I wasn’t notified about it. I guess the tech didn’t think I would notice.

    Replaced factory radio with new Alpine stereo. They installed the new stereo, great but now the steering controls don't work. I'll called them and they said they an additional 130.00 to hook up. I'm sorry, but isn't that part of the install of a new car stereo. Oh, one more thing, make sure you don't lose your original paperwork. Yes PAPER copy. Best Buy an electronic store still using paper receipts. Give me a break. I had my digital copy but that's not enough for the joker's in the shop. Hopefully someone reads this and installs the stereo correctly.

    We discovered that they did not complete installation. Probably because they didnt want to run wires. It is now malfunctioning and they do not have enough employees working in this department to accommodate us. Terrible customer service.

    They rushed through the installation, didn’t reinstall all of the screws for my dash, and in places dash is not connected, didn’t properly reinstall some dash parts, didn’t return extra parts I purchased with face plate kit and lighter kit. My dash looks a mess and I am having to try to fix these issues myself

    the unit volume went to full and we couldnt get it to go down. had to schedule another appointment where we were told it was most likely a issue with the stereo itself. I have the same unit in another car and have had no issues.
