    Not able to get installation appointment

    We have been trying to get an installation appointment since we bought this item about one months ago and have not been able to get an appointment. Pretty disappointed as most business places have been making accommodations to provide limited service. Does not look like we can drop the vehicle for installation or find another way to get it done. Would not have bought the item if I knew that we would not be able to get it installed. Other local places are open for installation

    This was not completed. The appointment was 11 January someone marked it complete without verifying or calling I would consider this very poor customer service. I have a $300 radio with all the parts sitting in my room and unable to book an appointment because Best Buy marked complete without confirming with the customer. This is horrible, horrible service

    They have not reimbursed me yet and the install was cancel twice Once because an email said some components would mot be in in time for total install I had to go back in because no one would answer the phone to reschedule I then had to book 3 weeks out and it was scheduled for Christmas Eve. I tried to call to drop off a day early because Christmas plans changed and again no one answering phones. Waiting on refund still since Christmas

    Service has noto happened and is horrible.

    I made purchase of car stereo and navigator on 7/23/22 and was given an installation date on 7/30/22. On 7/30/22, the installer had forgotten to order the item. I was then given an installation date of 9/2/22. Installer was nonchalant and the store manager, although sympathetic, gave me a false email address of the regional or district manager.

    Very bad experience with the tech that installed my backup camera and radio. It was poorly done, had to go to another Best Buy who tried to fix it, but the manager was non chalant

    2 star for me buying a car dvd player and had other components that I had purchased to install. Like 12 inch sub. Total tech support purchased And 3500 watt rms amp. And a 10.0 farrad capacitor. I was happy my TV got installed .unfortunately my other components I purchased to get installed was too upgraded the guy couldn't install it he said. Referred me but I never got a notice on my email for new location new store out of my area.

    The overall experience is not over yet. I had some damage done and waiting on a refund at this point. Not satisfied at this point!!

    I brought my vehicle in a couple of times for them to fix their bad install. They would fix one issue and then make another. I finally returned everything and went somewhere else.

    Dont get me wrong, the kenwood head unit is great, the tech that installed it needs more training. After the install, I came home to find out I don't have tail lights, and some of my dash lights weren't working, also now I can smell exhaust in the cab. I got my tail lights to working on my own, but the dash lights still aren't working, I brought my vehicle back to the tech, and he assured me his install was perfect, it was just coincidental that my dash lights being out and exhaust smell both surfaced on the same day as my install

    Mobile tech didnt know much

    The tech really took a long time to install, had to purchase a bypass after he installed it because it wouldnt work correctly. Wish I would of known this before the install date. He didnt show me how to use the alpine because he himself didnt know how to use it. They damaged my dash panel and a few other things. They should be better trained.

    Horrible experience and the last time I ever buy anything from Best Buy that has to be installed. Should have known better after they installed my father in laws remote start and the the car ended up taking off out the driveway and hitting another car. Thank god no one was in his vehicle or the neighbors!

    Camera was very disappointing everything is switch backwards and less you had put you know switch it to where you are you liking so that way everything is not a reverse other than that you can’t really see out of it it’s fussy at night you can only see about 10 feet back at night about maybe 20 back during the day if I were to do it all over again I’d look into getting a better back up camera please do not purchase that camera it is cafeteria OK just go ahead and pay for the good one you’ll save yourself a lot of trouble

    Sound not working with blinkers or back up camera.

    After the new stereo installation, the sound in my back up camera and blinker stopped working. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve the issue by either bringing it in (and the agent isn’t working) or calling and have not been able to have it fixed. The back up camera is really concerning that it doesn’t beep as the whole point of having them is to prevent you from hitting children that are behind your vehicle.

    If i could give this zero stars I would. We went for our appt that we waited a month for only to be told the guy quit and we couldn’t get it installed. After going round and round for 3 hours on the Phone, the solution was to make another appt, wait another month, show up and hope for the best again. We are still waiting...

    Installed my double din radio incorrectly. Every time I turn the headlights on, the radio goes into a backup camera mode, although I don't have one. The radio bacomes unusable because the screen is black with backup cones. Had to choose either the headlights or the radio. Well, went to a different place, paid them, and had them rewire the thing.

    Bad Car installer

    The installer was rude. He seem like he wanted to rush things to go home. He wasn't helpful and didn't answer questions i was asking. When i was leaving i saw a gps cable that was on his work station and asked him about it and he said he forgot to install it. He had to take apart the stereo to install it and did it with an attitude. I had a really bad experience.

    Marked up my faux wood. Cord working is a hit or miss. Charges incredibly slow. Touch screen stops responding.
