    Sucks would never come back .totally disorganized, please take me off your list .Your phone system is a total disorganized disaster. I would not tell any one to get involved with your messed up organization.I also lost a lot of time at work because of dealing with you.

    So it took several weeks to just get on the schedule. I arranged a ride, dropped off and left excited. Got a call a few hours later that they could not do my install because of some minor issue at the shop - offered for me to reschedule 2 weeks out or go to another store a week out and 30 miles away. I went home and installed myself in 1 hour. Horrible experience.

    They over book my appointment . I was told that couldn’t get to my 1:30 appointment . I informed to drop the car off, then informed that they wet not going to get to my car. No customer service to let me know that the appointment online was over book .

    Horrible they fried the first amplifier and didn't want to take the time to check their inventory for another i had to look online and complain to the manager neesha who was actually extremely helpful and had things done. Radio still doesn't work I'm taking to a Audio shop should've done that from the beginning.

    I was quoted when I made appointment for 2 speakers and a head unit install in my truck for $162. Appointment time the price changed to almost $300.

    Worst bestbuy experience ever almost canceled my membership. Then to add insult to injury i couldn't even log a complaint because nobody seemed to care. I am currently shopping for a professional car installation company

    Had a radio installed it all works great but they broke some interior trim parts the reason I did not want to do it myself I guess next time I will

    There are issues with the install and no one to he

    Some features are not working properly and the radio as installed, is off center causing a gap. The installer did not advise on what features would be limited or what is limited, so the assumption is there is an issue in the installation. They over communicated to confirm the appointment, but now it has been a challenge getting anyone on the phone to help in getting this resolved.

    Excessive delays in the installation process..Recommend more staff for the installation. Recommended if you have time to wait one to two months.

    The cost of this free installation was higher than going to an outside vendor. Geek Squad inflated the price of the harness and wiring to cover their cost of installation. Really disgusting

    Service was never performed because the techs were incompetent. I have been to the store 4 separate times and left my car with them 3 times. Waste of time and money

    Can't use oem usb/aux & new ones are in glovebox!

    I don't like the fact that I can't use my oem usb or aux connection & now the new connectors are in the glove box. The only way to hook them up to my phone to use the Car Play or charge my phone is have the glove box open--yeah right. I also forgot & left a cd in my old stereo & now it's stuck in it because the installer didn't eject it either. He says I'll have to make another appointment & it will be 45 more minutes just for the cd. This stinks! I wish I never bought the new stereo.

    Ask a ton of questions and then ask some more.... Not up front with how end product will look. I will look elsewhere for install of any auto products in the future.

    Did not connect the intenna....

    I am very disappointed with the fact my new double din deck with hd radio has no signal because the intenna wasn't plugged in. For how much I was charged it should have came with dinner instead I got an incomplete install.

    Tech that installed the back up camera was rude. He installed a back up camera I purchased from Amazon. After paying almost 300 dollars I ended up installing the stereo deck that the back up camera came with myself.

    Sat there for 2.5 hours for them to just come back and tell me the wrong parts were ordered. All I got is we will call the place tomorrow and let you k is when we can get the right parts in. Two issues. First is that I sat there that long before they told me. Second, tees were the parts the Beat Buy website said to order for installation. Ridiculous. .

    The installation was sloppy with the USB chord dangling on the ground and improper mounting kit. Also this is the second time best buy did an install and both times my vehicle is having power issues as if something is constantly drawing power even with the vehicle being turned off.

    My service is scheduled for February 3rd. The guy at best buy told me to just collect the items today and come back on ferbuary 3 for installation. Now it's showing me that service is complete. This is very careless attitude and disrespectful for my time

    After several meetings discussing the installation requirements, I had to purchase installation hardware elsewher. They assured me they could perform the installation. After two attempts they could not complete installation. I returned the stereo to them, went to another shop purchased a similar stereo and got it installed in one visit. Very disappointed and upset with the amount of time and effort I put in to help them try to do their job, and I got nothing out of it.
