    Installation of a new radio was a surprise for my fiancé. Geek squad employee missed scheduled us so we weren’t able to get the installation done. So I was upset allowed a different person to reschedule our appointment. When we arrived for our appointment the second time we learned that they missed scheduled it AGAIN. The headache alone will make me never use geek squad in the future.

    My service is scheduled for February 3rd. The guy at best buy told me to just collect the items today and come back on ferbuary 3 for installation. Now it's showing me that service is complete. This is very careless attitude and disrespectful for my time

    Again I will continue to shop at Best Buy but this experience wasn’t good. The radio seems to be installed and I’ve only had one issue with it which is a cut off once or twice but it started right back up. I wouldn’t necessarily blame it on the installers, but after they install my radio, my heat no longer worked. I was told I brought my car like that which wasn’t.

    Worst bestbuy experience ever almost canceled my membership. Then to add insult to injury i couldn't even log a complaint because nobody seemed to care. I am currently shopping for a professional car installation company

    Stop to help another customer that took 20 minutes of our installation time. work about 15 min than takes breaks.

    I bought the radio with the installation included, I made an appointment to install it same day i bought the radio for a week later, same appointment day Saturday 24th they cancelled my appointment and told me that someone will call me during the week to make another appointment, as today 9/6/2019 2 weeks later they haven't call me back. Their service is really bad, they are not responsible. Be Aware.

    Drove 45 mins away to find out what I purchased couldn’t be installed, after confirming with multiple people it could be installed. Bumped around from agent to agent only for them to schedule me for the wrong type of service and assuring me my carplay kit could be installed (which it couldn’t)

    Unfortunately since i didn't get my system from Best Buy, your tech barely took one look at my device and decided it wouldn't "fit" .. thank goodness for quick google searches that allowed me to take my SUV to Techno Express services in Orlando that got me in and out under an hour with that same system that annoyed your tech so much...

    Tech that installed the back up camera was rude. He installed a back up camera I purchased from Amazon. After paying almost 300 dollars I ended up installing the stereo deck that the back up camera came with myself.

    The cost of this free installation was higher than going to an outside vendor. Geek Squad inflated the price of the harness and wiring to cover their cost of installation. Really disgusting

    The installation of my stereo wasn't completed, the stereo features don't work and the stereo is nearly worthless. After leaving my vehicle with he Geek Squad for over an hour and a half they didn't even do their job. I'm stuck wasting more of my time and paying someone competent to get the job done right?

    Long story short, paid almost 200 for a aftermarket stereo install and it looks nice but sounds horrible. Sounded great when I had my stock stereo then I upgrade to a new stereo and it sounds HORRIBLE. I asked the installer why he disconnected my stock amp and he tried to get technical and start rambling on about things that had nothing to do with anything. Could of and should of installed it myself but working so much I didn't wanna waste my day off doing that.

    Huge confusion with management and tech ended up just canceling after waiting two hours past my appt time and the tech still had not started it.

    Basic installation, and nothing more

    Disappointed in the service provided. Title is “in dash video installation” but I was told on day of service that it would cost extra to have existing rear view camera attached to radio. It took 6 weeks to schedule an appointment, so I didn’t pursue having the camera installed.

    The guy at the Downey Best Buy forced the radio I just paid $400 bucks for into my dashboard. Then lied and said that I was missing my dashboard clips. It took countless calls for me to say forget it and take my car to the Westwood Bestbuy who was honest and told me what the other worker did wrong fixed it and confirmed I was Nvr missing any clips at all.

    Geek Squad dropped the ball

    The radio was not installed properly because my clock is no longer able to be set to the correct time or adjusted. The stereo will also now randomly disconnect from Bluetooth or aux at any time. Very frustrating especially since it also took 2 and 1/2 hours to install.

    Took several trips to fix

    After the 3rd return to fix this install.... we had a CarPlay system and backup cam added to a Tahoe. The steering wheel controls malfunctioned. A control module failed. The taillight wasn’t reinstalled properly and damaged the rear hatch... just very disappointed in the install service we paid for :(

    Service was never performed because the techs were incompetent. I have been to the store 4 separate times and left my car with them 3 times. Waste of time and money
