    How to take back installation twice. And it still is not correct. I finally gave up. Honestly just half done stuff. No checking to see if buttons are still functional also unplugged lights for the AC. Forgot to plug them back in until I noticed had to bring it back in for review again. Yesterday just had a cable come loose from where they talk to them. Terrible

    When they put my stereo in they broke my dash when i went to have them fix it the gentkleman told me to super glue it. I called made an appt with another store. A man called me from there and told me they would not fix it i told him i jad an appt and once we hung up he went and cancelled my appt. My dash still has not gotten fixed

    We paid for the installation of a new radio, but it was marked "service completed" without the actual installation being performed. Now we can't get the store to answer the phone. Shady. Incompetent. Inconsiderate. Weak.

    Geek squad offers free installation at times but when you're in the bay they try and add on things that arent required.

    Unit doesn’t work with iPhone , installer’s knew this and installed it anyway, when I returned to say there was an issue they said they could not help me

    the parts they ordered doesn't fit for my car

    he was so helpful and cooperative. but when I went for installation they said those parts can't be installed in my car because my car has an amplifier .. and those parts won't fit. so I have to return everything back.

    Horrible customer service. Installer came off extremely rude and very unprofessional. I requested a refund because of it and decided to go get it done elsewhere.

    The agent was unable to install the mounting frame correctly and left a quarter inch gap around the unit. Wires were incorrectly routed and interfered with the driving pedals when they fell down from behind the dash. The usb outlet was mounted in the wrong place.

    this is ridiculous I havent gotten the service, my appointment is 12/24/200 and this page says service completed. i cant get anybody on the phone to clarify this for me! this is a serious let down if they falsely reported m car stereo installation as completed when nothing has been done my appointment is for late december 2020!

    After waiting 8 weeks for appt, installer spend all the aloted time failing to install the remote start. I ended up installing the radio myself.

    Installer failed to connect the rear speakers. Will have to take my time to bring the vehicle back in to correct the installation.

    Wanted to charge me extra for a simple install when i had everything, never used it, installed headunit myself. Not sure if I would ever have bestbuy install anything for me again after having them install my speaker amp in my truck. Wasn't to happy with it.

    Didn't connect the deck to the antenna correctly. The radio now has poor signal. This was at the Pinole, CA store. Now have to wait 1 month for them to fix this problem after they cancelled my appointment today. They should have checked if everything was working correctly after he finished the install.

    I purchased a radio w/ backup cam. It was all one item but to my surprise it cost me $200 to have it installed because even though the item was promo’d with free install, it was very misleading in that it was only a partial free install of just the radio. Also had poor customer service at the install by the technician. This was an experience I’d just like to forget, it was that awful.

    After being sold the incorrect installation equipment, my scheduled installation was canceled on two different occasions. After returning incorrect items and purchasing the proper install gear, I was unable to get my stereo installed due to the technicians inexperience and him needing to reschedule during his online support hours, which I was told was east coast time. Terrible terrible terrible

    Installation was horrible. Techs scratched my dash board to go along with the fact that my radio gets no reception. Was told by tech it would get better outside the garage. Btw my car is a very rare Challenger SRT8.

    My "2 hour install" turned into 6 hours. I usually don't have that much of a problem when getting something installed.

    I was told I would only be charged $5.00 for installation which coming to find out I was charged 99.00 and on top of the person working sold me wrong products and so I had to buy more parts for my car stereo. Now I'm out the hold for more money because of the wrongful information I got, now I have to wait another week to go back to get the main part of my stereo to work. I'm so unhappy with the service I have received.
