    I can't review this product because it STILL HASN'T BEEN INSTALLED. That's right... went in, poor girl was overwhelmed... asked me if I could leave it for 6 hours? Best Buy needs to hire additional help in this department. All of my other stereos have been installed at a Best Buy... this is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

    Only because I cant give 0 stars. They cannot do the service I requested. Spent days hours on hold waiting for an agent. I am still waiting for my refund for a service I did NOT receive!

    After purchasing a radio with CD player, we made seven trips at 62 miles each way to try to get it working properly. It never did. It seems as though there is no wiring harness that works with this series of vehicles. I am just wondering why they didn't know that when we purchased the equipment. smh

    I missed my appointment. 2 Months to Reschedule

    I did not get a reminder until the tech called me at 03:38 pm and my appointment was at 03:30 pm that today, thanks for the reminder. I waited one and a half months for that appointment. Having to wait so long for installation is a big turn off.

    Took twice as long as they said it would, the wires they said they would leave out were not, and there is a hum that I later found out could have been fixed at the time of install for minimal charge but no one bothered to mention it. Now if i want the hum fixed I need to pay a lot more.

    Installed radio incorrectly had to spend another 150.00 to have it fixed because no one would answer the phone. Incompetent

    The store completed my installation when I picked up my stereo at the store. Even though I never had the stereo installed yet. I tried 4 times to contact Best Buy about the issue and nobody could help me

    He installed my deck but couldn't get the USB for the iPod sound to work. The installer said he would call me back when he figures out the issue and never did. I had to YouTube it to figure it out. I wouldn't recommend this place to other people. I never had an install where all the functions didn't work.

    Set up was good and quick but they did not install my back up camera that defeated the whole purpose of the double din. Called them back and claimed they didn’t know how to wire it. Very disappointing

    It took 6 trips to the install bay to install two radios and speakers. The Geek Squad Manager was rude. Told me to bring my truck back and they would uninstall my new radio and put my stock one back in.

    Didn't have the knowledge of the factory system in my car. Had Uninstalled cost me 100 for 15 min. Never told how much before Uninstaller done. Never gave me install kit which I purchased. Nor the harness which I also purchased.

    Why did i get the tech support at all

    I got install that took 13 hrs at the clackamas store, it was a 4 channel amp, I ended up fixing it myself, not to mention clips were broke in my car, 2 times my door wouldn’t open from the inside, terrible service

    Install was not completed. Installer had medical emergency. I got my radio but could not install it as it didnt fit. Needed a dash kit for installation, could not reach store. They did not GAF. Sad

    The installation for my car radio hasn't been done yet. It was scheduled for Jan 6th at 4:00 pm. I don't know why it's saying it's been completed.

    I was told the installation would take 1 1/2 hours and it ended up taking 4 hours on the day of the appointment and another hour on the second trip.

    Stereo stopped working after I turned the car off, but after the initial installation the installer immediately corrected the upside down reverse backup camera after I pointed out the error as he stated that it wasn't doing that earlier....ummmm really?!

    Worst experience I have had with BestBuy. Needs the instore managers to control rather than letting it run its own show. POOR, POOR, POOR. The day of the installation was a zoo and the new high end audio department that has moved into the store needs to control their customers.
