    Free installation not including $250 hardware

    Wasn’t happy when I took a Christmas gift to get installed with “free installation” and estimated $50 in hardware (according to bestbuy estimator) and it turned out to be almost $200 in hardware to install replacing a stock head unit. Glad I had the money.

    When we purchased the system the store indicated we had everything we needed to install stereo. Day before installation got a phone call indicating it would be several hundred dollars more to install it. Had to get corporate involved to fix it. Not good.

    Broken dashboard during installation, no solution

    The dashboard was broken during installation. Issues was reported, but not done to resolve the issue, the dash on my car go glued with silicone, not notice when the vehicle was pick up.

    He “forgot” to install the camera

    Agent said he would install back up camera to new radio deck. He did NOT install the camera. Said he “forgot”. In addition to other issues and being called a liar.

    New head unit sounds worse than the factory head unit. I’ve replaced the factory speakers with pioneer speakers and it sounds just like the factory ones.

    Radio works great but they didn't hook up accessor

    When we were buying the radio to replace an old radio that broke we were told it would most likely be compatible with the headrest monitors. After the installation the monitors didn't work. When we tried to call and ask why a tech never picked up the phone or returned calls.

    Didn’t install a antenna so the radio would work

    Would have been nice if they would have told me I needed a antenna for the radio to work but instead they installed it and didn’t even call and ask about making it work or adding it for me

    paid all this money for professional installation and the phone can't make or receive a phone call with Apple Play. Not sure how this was considered complete without at least a test call

    I never got an email to schedule a time, so I tried to get my money back. I was on hold for 3 hours and was transferred several times, then they hung up on me. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.

    Not installed at all, they are just claiming to have completed to initiate the warranty which shouldn’t be activated

    Can't get my stereo installed!

    Because of the virus I cannot get my stereo installed and am running out of patience! I am sure the Geek Squad does not let anyone in the garage when they are installing them so I don't understand the whole thing!

    Not sure why this says completed because it Was cancelled due to COVID-19 and I was never informed until I called the day before to confirm time. I will follow this review up with Another once my radio installed.

    Never got a call back to finish installation on a new kit for the dash. They broke the last one and never called back. Keep say they are ordering one. I guess it takes months for it to come in.

    Keep moving. There is nothing here to look at. 2 months wait time to get a backup camera. I might be more understanding but I paid a lot of money for this. It was not a fee service. I miss Circuit City.

    I MADE 6 TRIPS TOTAL 2 THE STORE 2 HAVE A STEREO, AMP, BACKUP CAMERA & 5-SPEAKERS INSTALLED. RIDICULOUS! POOR SERVICE.oNE STAR RATING IS 2 MUCH.

    The Racine, WI store has some work to do with fixing there install department. giving them 1 star is a courtesy. they are not organized, and have poor communication. you're better off learning how to do it yourself.

    I understand we are in quarantine and times are different now but if I’m purchasing something and it comes with the installation, I don’t understand how you guys can be closed at 3:00 in the afternoon.
