Installation Failure. No communication

A Department with NO MANAGEMENT

Needs the instore managers to control rather than letting it run its own show. POOR, POOR, POOR. The day of the installation was a zoo and the new high end audio department that has moved into the store needs to control their customers.

Free installation not including $250 hardware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wasn’t happy when I took a Christmas gift to get installed with “free installation” and estimated $50 in hardware (according to bestbuy estimator) and it turned out to be almost $200 in hardware to install replacing a stock head unit. Glad I had the money.

Not a good experience

Day before installation got a phone call indicating it would be several hundred dollars more to install it. Had to get corporate involved to fix it. Not good.

Radio works great but they didn't hook up accessor

After the installation the monitors didn't work. When we tried to call and ask why a tech never picked up the phone or returned calls.

Broken dashboard during installation, no solution

He “forgot” to install the camera

Didn’t install a antenna so the radio would work

Sounds bad

Bad customer service

I was on hold for 3 hours and was transferred several times, then they hung up on me. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.

Can't get my stereo installed!

I am sure the Geek Squad does not let anyone in the garage when they are installing them so I don't understand the whole thing!

I will follow this review up with Another once my radio installed.

Bad install service

Takes too long
