    These guys are understaffed. Free service is great when you are on waiting over two weeks for a radio install that you can do yourself in an hour or not I guess.

    Absolutely terrible will never do it again. They do not care about their job, I don't even know why they're there. Install the stereo fine, but had a steering control extra they didn't notified me about and just didn't install it. Now they want me to pay $200 to fix it

    Continued no-show, no response from install team, escalation led to offer of install at store 50 miles away, working with this tech indicated special order parts could be 2-10+ weeks, had to cancel due to inconsistent info from Best Buy.

    Nice on phone but horrible to reach Surprised me with last minute fee after installation 5 minutes before closing day before Thanksgiving.

    Tech said original reciever and was defective and i should buy a new one. Almost spent 400 dollars on a new receiver when the tech accidentally fixed my original. He really didn't know what he was talking about. Though he was friendly.

      Hi Rico09 – I’m sorry that your Autotech wasn’t able to get your radio repaired until after you had ordered a replacement. Please know that we offer a 15-day return period on most products under our Return & Exchange Promise, so we should hopefully be able to return that new radio for a refund. Please reach out to your local Best Buy store to go over your return options.

    They are taking so long to install,they say for the pandemic Thats not excuse, Two years ago ,I bought another radio ,and then i have to returned The same thing gonna make with this radio

    I got my install at colma my Best Buy. Never again. Found out later bad install and subwoofer does not work after install.

    An install that was scheduled ahead of time for me to stay in store was supposed to take 1-1 1/2 hours and instead took 4 hours. They were overbooked and there was no attempt to notify me, reschedule, or make up for my loss of time.

    messed up the wiring in the car, the internal lighting didnt work after the installation. when went back, the agents said its not their fault rather its the manufacturing defect

    I get a lot of electric noise out of my speakers. My other CD player got stolen and I went to Best Buy to get a new one. I should have gone to a stereo specialist. I had to bring it to a different place to get my rear speakers working.

    The service person was so rude. I have waited about 5 weeks . And one service day, the service person said he can not install dash receiver in my car. I had to cancel the complete order because of him.

    Best Buy cannot supply any of the parts needed for installation of a stereo in my car! Had to order my own parts , wrong parts etc. just a hassle. Go to a place that will do it all for you. Free isn’t always the best.
