    The agents were very rude. They did the job correctly but were extremely rude in the process of me asking questions to verify I wanted the radio installed.

    Will never have any installations done at Best Buy, due to how awful I was treated by the technician! He was absolutely awful! I won’t even give one star for the service I received.

    So looking forward to my new radio but didn’t have anyone to install it. The gentleman said he would be in on Sunday to talk to him about it but couldn’t be reached had to return all of it and go somewhere else

    Bought all the hardware came back two hours later only to have a cable sticking out of a place it wasn't supposed to be in. Now working with best buy to get that car part replaced after it was altered without notice.

    Having issue with my stereo again. 3rd time and 4th trip to Best Buy to resolve. Getting old. Not sure if unit or install but I suspect install from symptoms

    My service was not completed nor started. Thus far, BEST BUY CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT on their own. Trying to get it remedied but this is not an easy task thus far.

    I had to leave one star just because you have to but I would not leaving any stars I hadn’t even used the service and it says service complete.? How does this happen?!

    Said free installation but had to pay $100 more. Then had to wait over a month for installation. They had one guy working. Might need to hire more people so it doesn’t take longer than a month for installation.

      Using our installation services should be an exciting time, as we know our customers are looking forward to using their new car systems. In some cases, we do require extra fees depending on the parts need to complete the work.     Umm i did not get anything installed confused as to why its showing that i did will need to look into my account to see if i was charged for something i never got

    the radio quit working after about a month, acted like a power wire isnt connected fully, it kept on shutting off then back on

    Has problems on the installation stereo wont cut off after power shuts off when remote started have to go out and start truck manually and then turn off to get stereo to turn off something not hooked up right

    I told them My phone is Android not iPhone 3 times... And they conect the wire to iPhone configuration..... I didn't like the way they worked on my car.

    They could take me appt was for 12:30 I was 30 miles away. Thought appt was next day since I was so far away but that was appt time. Had to reschedule for four weeks later. Would not see me before.

    My appointment was changed without my knowing and no one was able to compensate for anything. I now have no appointment and no way to install a radio.

    I purchased the needed items for installation and was then told it doesn't fit right so they did the best they could. Had to go back because they forgot to plug something in. The pieces of the harness are coming out.

    Dont even put zip tie for the loose wires, dropped screw did not even replace it. Forgot to connect the wiring for my heaters, i still need to come back to fix it. Inserted wiring between panels.

      Our lifetime labor warranty that is offered nationwide is because we have some of the best installers in the 12 volt industry, but this certainly appears to have not been the expert service we're striving for.     I paid for the installation at the time of purchase but already in the place I had to pay an extra 150 dollars for the installation that does not even work.

    What radio and install from Best Buy. Use my car maybe 4 times in 3 weeks, radio not working. Getting a miswiring message on screen. Call Best Buy and first thing they ask is if I bought extended protection plan.

    Best Buy free installation when buy a dash deck is a joke! Additional parts need for installation must to buy not available at BB, then mark the service completed! What!!!
