    Dont even put zip tie for the loose wires, dropped screw did not even replace it. Forgot to connect the wiring for my heaters, i still need to come back to fix it. Inserted wiring between panels.

      Our lifetime labor warranty that is offered nationwide is because we have some of the best installers in the 12 volt industry, but this certainly appears to have not been the expert service we're striving for.     What radio and install from Best Buy. Use my car maybe 4 times in 3 weeks, radio not working. Getting a miswiring message on screen. Call Best Buy and first thing they ask is if I bought extended protection plan.

    I paid for the installation at the time of purchase but already in the place I had to pay an extra 150 dollars for the installation that does not even work.

    My car needs repairs after installation!

    After the installation, my parking brake light does not go off. I'm currently driving with the parking brake warning constantly beeping. Installation team claims they did not touch this wire.

    Best Buy free installation when buy a dash deck is a joke! Additional parts need for installation must to buy not available at BB, then mark the service completed! What!!!

    I have to wait 6 weeks to have my receiver and backup cam installed. Best Buy should waive the cost of installation. This week’s online sale states free installation for cars. Waive mine!!!

    I NEVER had service done. They kept canceling on me so i went somewhere else. Not even another best buy.

    Purchased a radio unit and even asked for help only to be turned away having to refund my entire purchase and wasted my time even driving there as employees refused to even look at my vehicle

    Skips. Hit a bump and the power goes out on the radio and then comes back on. Didn’t hook up the rear facing camera even though radio allows for it.

    I don’t know why they even offer free installation. Was told they would be able to install in approximately 3 weeks. I just paid an audio shop to do the 1 hour job.

    Didnt work when installed after about 3 months i gave up and installed it myself. I didnt do anything crazy in between so had to be the installation

    thankful for the installation but the stereo doesnt no power on. Nothjng wrong with my vehicle the stereo worked before installation.

    They installed a camera system in my home and the system worked for 2 days. The angle of the cameras are really bad and dont cover the area needed.

    Never installed my stereo.....told me they rescheduled it with no follow up email. No one answers phone in store . Online setup is a joke .
