    Asked to see the store manager over the clock and visibility issue = she was absolutely obnoxious - she is very IMPORTANT

    DVD on unit installed doesn't work. Existing DVD that was working in my van no longer works. Antenna that worked fine doesn't receive well anymore.

    My headrest TVs do not show picture after new headunit install. They worked before new unit was installed. Have not had time to call them due to work but will within couple days.

    So far I would say it's complicated to install, in our application. I highly recommend having Best Buy, install it. It looks nice

    Very unhappy ..i made an appointment with best buy in Palm desert so I don't get upset with ur employees.

    I like what was installed, but I have had electrical issues in my vehicle ever since then.

    My car radio install was cancelled at the last minute. I got 4 hour notice via an email with no explanation. No answer at the Geek squad contact #.

    Going in for my second installation on January 6th 2018, we'll see then what the outcome is, cuz the first installation didn't go very well

    Terrible install on my car stereo. Radio is loose in dash, tons of feedback, only front speakers work, steering controls do not work.

    I didn't use the services they only do basic installation. They were changing me extra to install my rear view camera and steering wheel controls

    Not easy to use. I can not get my phone to hook up (downloaded app) Also can not type in addresse on screen to use the map.

    Had to pay an extra $130 to get installation completed. Excitement turned into disappointment, very depressing. Best Buy is not a up front company

We do our best to be up from by indicating on our page that the installation service does not include any hardware, and what the typical additional cost of parts may be. These costs can vary based on the in-dash unit and vehicle, so our Installer Agents should always provide an estimate prior to performing any work.
