    The unit seems to flop around and is not held securely in place. It makes it difficult for a heavy handed fellow like myself to operate.

    Instaler kept my car running the whole time

    Bad practice to leave instalers to run cars the whole duration of the intall, wich in my case was several hours.

    Since Best Buy installed the radio and backup camera in my truck it has done nothing but blow fuses.

    He refused to install it because it was a double din. I am extremely disappointed by the geek squad.

    Ad states "free installation" but Geek Squad added almost $200 in additional "hardware". Unreasonable and misleading.

      Hi JamesS – Thank you very much for your feedback on your recent installation. Our “free installation” promotion covers the labor to install the radio, but different vehicles do need specific parts to complete the installation. I’m sorry if this wasn’t explained to you when you made your purchase. We try to make that as clear as possible, both online and in our stores. Thanks for letting us know that it wasn’t made clear in this case.
