Great service!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very happy with my experience at the Lakeland Best Buy. I had to drive from another town because that location doesn’t have an auto team, and I was late to the appointment, but they were able to fit me in anyway. The Best Buy app doesn’t communicate what you’re supposed to do about an order like this very well, so I ended up at the regular order pickup counter. Devin was amazing, super helpful and showed me to where the auto bay was. Seho was very knowledgeable and communicative, he asked questions and gave me updates throughout the installation, and he even recommended another install part I could get to use a usb port already in my car. Will definitely be coming back here with any other auto tech needs!
