It's very good and works very well. It's an excellent product, it works very well and has very good sound.

Sadly, I do not remember the names of the guys who helped work on my radio, but they were super cool. The radio I bought was from Best Buy but open box and arrived broken. We didn't know till it was installed, but the guy who put my radio in was super awesome and walked me throughwhat to do. He even put my factory radio back in so I had a radio in the meantime. The Best Buy they work at is the Harahan location, and they definley offed 5 star service.

Bought as a gift Grandson loves it. was easy to install and sound seems to be good. He is able to access his maps etc

Had an entertainment/GPS install done at my local BB. The tech was knowledgeable about the equipment going in, did an acceptable job for the time taken, but it appears that the job was rushed. I would however give them a 2nd chance with my door speakers to prove me wrong. I don't want this to sound like a rant as some of the work was very well done, some just appeared distracted. The rearview camera, while mounted where I asked has a large open hole with no grommet or even silicone to help keep moisture out of the license plate lights. The dash panel and face unit is not mounted flush to the dashboard on the passenger side. It sticks out about 1/16th of an inch, which may not seem like a lot, but is noticble when looking at the unit and the face plate. There are also some scratches to the dashboard, but was able to buff them out. This appears to be the case because it is required to use the factory harness for the unit but those are on still on the head unit. While I recognize my car is not the easiest to work on. A little more care would have been appreciated. Additionally instead of doing 20 minutes of pre-wiring for rear DVD or satellite radio I will now have to have someone rip out the entire headunit, instead of just being able to route cables. I will take partial fault for this since I did not explicitly ask for it, but we did discuss the fact that these would be future upgrades. Will probably use again for speaker install due to the odd sizes of the speakers and that while I am neither completely satisfied nor dissatisfied, it does come with a lifetime warranty anywhere in the country. Since that means I don't have to fix it if something goes wrong, it is a real bonus. Remember the 3 out of 5 star rating I gave is still above average and would use again for warranty and ease of finding a BB no matter where you are. A little extra insurance goes a long way.

The radio has been great and the installation dept. did a great job, very clean work and showed us all we needed to know about the radio. You couldn’t ask for a better and knowledgeable person for your shop

Car stereo installation technician Adil N was fantastic and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a fix problem my car service center was unable to find. Got everything working the way it should. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes...I would recommend him and Best Buy to anybody and everyone. Great experience.

I was going to do it myself, but realized I did not have the time to install my Pioneer in-dash radio. I read a lot of bad reviews on here so i was skeptical, however, i had a great experience. These idiots on here who talk about so many extra fees is because they never purchased the parts needed for installation (even if you did it yourself). When bringing it to best buy, you as the consumer are responsible for all parts needed (they obviously provide tools) Its the same when you take your car in for service at a dealer, you pay for all parts and labor.... Anyway, these guys are professionals, did my installation in 45 minutes and took time to show me how to set everything up. I had a great experience and recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about paying best buy.

Sabatian was my tech and was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. Honestly he is the only reason best buy made the sale. Not only did they make a sale , but numerous sales of different components and electronics. I was just in there killing time and i was kind of interested in a new head unit but had no idea what i wasooking at. Sabastian went above and beyond explaining, took his time with me going over details, i really felt like he wasnt trying to sell me on the most expensive latest and greatest but really giving me his technical opinion on the best product for what my needs were. Because of that i sent up a appointment that night for the install, not only did i buy a head unit because of him but also a back up camera as well as all the accessories to go with both! Came back for my appointment and he did just as great of a job on the installation a well. I hope Best Buy realizes what a great employee they have here at the Harrisonburg location. Great job Sabatian!

Kenwood in dash,Steering wheel Interface, 2-6 1/2" and 2-6x9 kicker speakers, 600W kicker amp. $1,700.00 plus of products and installation. No communication between Installers and customer in this store, very limited answers to questions and personality 0. Installation is neat and and looks very professional. Install completed in 2 separate visits. Besides accidentally (they say) damaging my car ignition, that they did replace and discount install $130.00 (takes 2 keys now to my car) There were some issues with operation that needed attention on 2nd visit and 1 or 2 more visits which seemed to be more annoying to them than me .Finally I was informed by the installer he had done all he knew to do and wasn't touching my car again ,well don't say that unless you have my money back in your hand. And yes I did loose it at that point. After what I had to say, reported it to manager on duty, brought my car home and fixed it my self. Now I have a system that looks great, sounds great, and operates great. Sometimes maybe you think your to smart for your own good. And thats all I got to say about that. I would recomend this to a friend except the experience. Maybe BB reads these maybe they don't, I don't care.

At my local Best Buy I experienced what was certainly an up and down experience. When I purchased my new Kenwood head unit and asked for help on scheduling an appointment to have it installed, I spoke to a man who really didn't seem like he cared to help me. He just circled 3 random parts on a sheet and told me to order them then give him a call. In the end, 2 of those 3 parts were correct, and I actually wasted 2 and 1/2 hours waiting to hear that before getting my car back. Replaced the incorrect harness, and ordered the correct one. Waited about a week, then another week until I was able to get another appointment. This time, it was the same person who helped me get the correct parts named Adam. He was super helpful and stepped me through everything I can do with my new radio. Installed it in just about 2 and a half hours, and it was absolutely perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better job. Kudos to Adam who was extremely helpful. In the beginning it seemed as though it was going to be a rough experience, but in the end I got a very solid install at a good price. 4/5 for me just because of how great the end result was.
