    Bad radio it does not work right

    I have been meaning to bring my wife’s car back in. The radio sucks it does not pickup all the channels we like and there was 2 speakers ordered to replace the left side speakers but the tech that helped her replaced the 2 front speakers and we still do not have a left rear speaker. I am very unhappy

    Not to satisfied with electrical work. My back speakers don't work, when unlocking my doors right speaker turns off and on.

    Geek Squad Poor Service

    From the day of purchase, install was scheduled 3 weeks from purchase which is entirely too long. When communicated to installer, he seemed rude and displayed poor customer service. The install never happened

    They said there was a backup camera… no camera and charged another $140 dollars for one of their services….so much for free installation

    Horrible Installation

    This was done in store 262 by Technician PEDRO. He did a very poor job uninstalling an equipment and putting the equipment in a bag with all the cables tangled. You can tell by his attitude that he does not really care about customer service and has a very unprofessional approach. Best Buy should really care about employees like this, since the best sale you can make is a satisfied customer and a great review.

    HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE HORRENDOUS ORGANIZATION! We had to file a complaint to corporate because they didn't schedule me adequately. When i came back they treated me like TRASH . No one know what they're doing , especially Jake the manager.

    It was a poor install the radio doesn't sit right there was a wire hanging by the gas pedal I won't ever have anything installed buy bestbuy ever again I'll tell friends and family to avoid your install

    Tried charging me extra cost when I got there. Told me some things won't work. The guy did not want to install it. Period! Never go to Yonkers New York store for installation.
