Bad radio it does not work right

The radio sucks it does not pickup all the channels we like and there was 2 speakers ordered to replace the left side speakers but the tech that helped her replaced the 2 front speakers and we still do not have a left rear speaker. I am very unhappy

Geek Squad Poor Service

When communicated to installer, he seemed rude and displayed poor customer service. The install never happened

Apple play install

Horrible Installation

He did a very poor job uninstalling an equipment and putting the equipment in a bag with all the cables tangled. You can tell by his attitude that he does not really care about customer service and has a very unprofessional approach. Best Buy should really care about employees like this, since the best sale you can make is a satisfied customer and a great review.

Geek disaster

We had to file a complaint to corporate because they didn't schedule me adequately. When i came back they treated me like TRASH . No one know what they're doing , especially Jake the manager.
