I had this radio installed for my husband. He is extremely tech disadvantaged. The Geek Squad not only installed it perfectly, but took the extra time to show him how to use every feature. He might not be able to use a smartphone, but he's great with the Bluetooth!

Natomas location installed Alpine stereo incorrectly. Roseville location fixed everything and were extremely helpful. Steve the install tech in Roseville did a perfect job all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the situation. The install tech in Natomas had a bit of an attitude and didn’t sound welcoming when I told him my stereo sounded really bad now to the point where I felt uncomfortable with this guy working on my car and switched stores. Turns out he didn’t install the stereo correctly so I could get into my settings and change the crossover points for the bass or anything for that matter. Roseville - 1 Natomas - 0

Great and smooth radio install on my ride with a completely factory looking finish as well. Great job everything works and looks fine.

I purchased the installation with the Geek Squad and they did a fantastic job putting the receiver into my vehicle. In fact the installation kit that I chose actually did not work with my system and they were able to find one and install it without coming back. They then refunded the unit that I brought earlier without issue.

The agents did a great job but one thing was left on my passenger door, the screw cover on my handle was not replaced,. I looked to see if it fell out but could not find it in the car.

The technician was very professional and fast. Asked if I had any questions about my new product and made sure everything worked. Called as soon as the vehicle was finished and it was done in half of the estimated time!! Will for sure use geek squad in the future because of this technician. Thank you

Had my JVC double din radio installed in 2009 vehicle. First time using Geek Squad for an installation. Installer knew exactly what he was talking about, had great ideas, and did work in less time than figured. Good price. All the parts were exactly the right fit. Wally was my installer and has been working there for 20 years.

Quick and easy install of a new deck in my vehicle. Everything worked like a charm and was in and out in less than an hour. Love the speed that everything worked and now I have car play in my vehicle. Makes like much easier when travel and needing to see directions.

Installer was great and very knowledgeable. Took his time to get install right and looks factory with better stereo.

I got the install free, during a sale. The Guys "Sean" and "Dave" did a really good job and even helped me hunt down a really old bracket that is not produced anymore. They even did a good job fitting the install into my schedule... I work in DC and live in Baltimore, so its always hard to schedule an appointment. They did a GREAT job!!

They connected my radio and all the parts that came with it , everything worked great .

Only negative is he back up can installation. Had to take it back because it was missing half the picture. Now it's missing an eighth of the picture and the depth perception is bad. Also, the deck installed does not support voice commands and the steering wheel button voice command functions. Okay price.

They are very busy we had to wait for a some time to get an appointment. They installed the radio good and when it broke we had to get it looked at and some wires rearranged and they did it at no cost which was awesome. They do a great job at installing radios.

The Geek squad installed a Kenwood receiver into my 2008 Tundra and did an outstanding job! This is the third vehicle they have install a receiver for me. Their workmanship is flawless and they take the time to go over all the functions of the new receiver. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The TV is awesome. The picture is superb and the set up was so easy. I would recommend this particular TV to anyone. Anthony was the sales person. He was so knowledgeable and helped me with the selection process and purchasing cables, etc., helping me get the best deal for the price. Best Buy always has been my favorite store and has never failed me.

As always, the Best Buy team had done yet another great job installing my new headunit. Always a job well done with professionalism and confidence. Thanks again!

They did a great job of installing and it looks great but hardly used any parts of the installation kit and kept all of the unused parts. A lot of money for a kit that was barely used. It does look great and overall i'm very happy with the job they did.

Awesome installation. I was worried about having the installation done before going to work . They had everything done and on my way just a promised. Technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely use them again and not worry .

My install was basic plus many add on extra things. By the time I got thru my bill was $800.00. I was told this before I bought it but want you to know. The Tech did a great job and explained everything to be after the install. This was worth the extra money to me. At 78 years old I needed the extra support. Big thanks to my Tech.
