To the installer great job, looks better than factory. I wish I didn't have to buy additional items to install on my Ram but it IDK tho lmk is.

We bought the stereo for a gift and wanted to have it installed before our sons birthday. They went out of their way to squeeze us in. Ryan G. Sold us the system and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience start to finish and our son loves his new stereo.

Geek Squad did great job installing it in my Hyundai Sonata. No external wires showing even with Pioneer Backup camera. Looking at it, I can't figure out how they wired it and didn't have wires showing. Everything works great as well. Installer also let me know one of my speakers was blown and there was a trunk leak.

Bel Air Instal shop was fantastic to work with. The installer, James, helped me pick out the stereo and back up camera. The Instal was done on time and looks fantastic. Everything works perfectly. James also looked at my Jeep prior and asked where I wanted the camera to be mounted.

We upgraded our 2007 Honda Odyssey for our son with a bluetooth system and back up camera. The install at the Southpoint location in Durham, NC is where we had the install done. Chris M is amazing!! Patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend if you need car audio/AV installation!

The install tech was wonderful. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed a problem caused by a previous after market install by the prior owner. He got all buttons on the steering wheel working right. Thanks Best Buy for hiring competent and friendly install techs. Would highly recommend the Abilene, TX Best Buy.

Lucas at the Tracy, CA store was awesome. He advised me with what to buy and then managed schedule changes due to some sickness with an installation tech. I love the new Pioneer car stereo in my 20 year old Porsche. Thank you Best Buy for great service.

Great job with installation. Only constructive feedback is installers should advise in advance that license plate holder is removed and can’t go back on car because of camera installation. Other than that, camera works great!

Only took 1 hour total and looked so good it was if it came from the Factory that way very neat , clean and professional looking

Easy info when you need it, I was installing a dual din Sony radio and the instructions where not much in the help department so I tried looking online here and found the detail that I needed so glad these videos are available!

The agent did good on install. The unit itself is not compatible with Android. You also cannot access features on vehicle like clock etc..

The radio installation was done on time with no problems. Everything works perfectly without incident. Steering controls work perfectly , touch screen works amazing without fault. I will always bring my vehicle to Best Buy to get my work done.

I had best buy install my double din touch screen radio, the installer did a great job. He was very neat and made no mess, unit looks like it was factory installed!! Even ran and installed a flush mount usb port so it also looks like the usb ports in newer cars hidden in center console!

Geek Squad did a great job installing my new Sony XAV1000 head unit in my 2012 Cruze. In the start we had a few issues with audio quality but that was soon fixed same day. We also had some issues with my voice command button but it was also repaired in the same week. My 2012 Cruze has an OEM microphone that’s was used for OnStar. But the installer put a small microphone next to the original. I’m very confused on why we needed a 2nd out of place looking microphone when the original was completely functional and better looking. Also a small speaker was installed behind the dash for OnStar and car chimes. Why couldn’t this be done through the cars audio system?

The installer had me in and out in alittle over a hour. Was very professional and showed me how to use the new radio. Will definitely recommend for anyone I know to get stuff installed at the Brentwood location
