They did a great job and were patient with me and my impatience

Had to return a second time because parts were not ordered the first time for my appointment. I had to order it too receive it before the installer left the store for good. The installation was not centered blocking some important buttons.

The radio installation was done on time with no problems. Everything works perfectly without incident. Steering controls work perfectly , touch screen works amazing without fault. I will always bring my vehicle to Best Buy to get my work done.

Lucas at the Tracy, CA store was awesome. He advised me with what to buy and then managed schedule changes due to some sickness with an installation tech. I love the new Pioneer car stereo in my 20 year old Porsche. Thank you Best Buy for great service.

We bought the stereo for a gift and wanted to have it installed before our sons birthday. They went out of their way to squeeze us in. Ryan G. Sold us the system and was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great experience start to finish and our son loves his new stereo.

My husband loves it!!! He wishes he could watch movies on it but he does realize that it is dangerous, but other than that he loves it.

When I was inquiring about the cost of installing the unit I desired the installation team helped me to save a total of $200 off of the usual price by selecting the unit I did ... adding in 2 new speakers and having it all done in under 90 minutes! It was professionally installed with excellent customer service by Jake in Oceanside!

The agents accordingly inside my stereo the wiring is loose and the stereo is not working properly because it keeps flashing every time I hit a bump

I have had several installations done at the Best Buy in Bloomington and Noah has always done an excellent job. He provides great insight and examples of why certain items work better dependingin on my needs. At this point, he is the only person I trust to do a great job with any car installation. The tech who installed my Sony in-dash receiver was superb! Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and quick! Good explanation of choices (e.g. location of hands-free mic) and operation of unit. He explained the "free uninstall" policy (if I sell the vehicle I can put the OEM unit back in), and was very professional!

On my original installation date I was informed that I did not have all the parts necessary to complete the install. The tech got all the parts necessary and rescheduled my service as soon as all parts arrived.

The agent who mounted my radio in my 2011 Ford F-150 was very professional, left no trash and even showed me how to operate the radio.

I can't say this for every install location but this store was great. Ran into some minor issues but the more experienced installer came right over, fixed it up and even did a few things that would normally cost more free of charge for my inconvenience - which consisted of waiting an extra 15 minutes. Great guys and definitely will be back!

My son was begging for an upgrade to his factory installed Civic car stereo. After looking for some time, we decided on a nice product at Best Buy because they promised expert installation. It took forever to get the install scheduled, and unfortunately I was out of town when it was done. When my son picked up the car, it was clear the new dashboard frame wasn't seated perfectly....and maybe wasn't the best fit. When we checked, we were told that is the best that could be done. The stereo works fine, but the appearance isn't the best. If it was my car, I wouldn't have accepted the results, but being an older car for an 18 year old, I am letting it ride. We have kept the original in case we need to put it back in when we dispose of the car.

I tried to purchase my stereo at Best Buy on Long Island, NY. The Geek Squad installation service was terrible. I tried to work with their installer. He was rude and unprofessional. Then he refused to complete the installation. I had to get a total refund. I do NOT recommend Best Buy for Car audio installation.

Bel Air Instal shop was fantastic to work with. The installer, James, helped me pick out the stereo and back up camera. The Instal was done on time and looks fantastic. Everything works perfectly. James also looked at my Jeep prior and asked where I wanted the camera to be mounted.

Our installer Greg Z was the best. He went above and beyond to ensure that the stereo was installed correctly. And corrected a fault from Columbus Audio on a remote start. Highly recommend Best Buy
