I was pleasantly surprised by the professional, friendly. and courteous, manner that I received from the Geek Squad. The installation was done quick and clean and I was definitely satisfied, That is why I gave it a 5 star and 2 thumbs up rating.

Highly recommend getting the Geek Squad protection. I've had two subwoofers blow out, two speakers have a loose connection, and a buzzing noise in one of my speakers happen over 6 years. They've fixed it or replaced every time at no charge.

Had BB install my radio in my F150. Installer was great and did. A flawless install as well as notified me of missing adapter I needed. Loved that I was able to purchase everything I needed to have it installed outside of bestbuy. Will consider them for future installs

JVC Media center installed in a 2019 Mustang. Did a great job, cleaned up everything after instal. Had a minor issue a week down the road and was asked to come back at my convenience and they would take care of it right away. I did. They did. Happy ending :)

Service technician was professional, polite and quick. The installation was 1 hour faster than quoted. I would definitely use Geek Squad again.
