Had a backup camera installed on my new to me rig. The gentleman was kind, efficient seemed very knowledgeable. Camera works great.

I was personally recommended to a specific store for the installation by a friend who used to work at Best Buy, so I can't speak for all installations. This one however was spectacular, which is why I went to the store I was told to.

They installed a Joying JY-HQ123N4G in-dash radio that connects to my phone and enables my phone apps on the screen. They said it was plug-n-play and the installer agrees. Works great.

Great, friendly installer. Great value as installation came free with radio purchase! They will also swap old radio back in when I sell my car. Also for free. Installer was super fast and then took time to teach me how to use my new radio. Really excellent experience.

That greeted me with a smile I have taken my car back twice not knowing how to work the radio and the technician took time out to show me now I see why his been at Best Buy for 25 yr or more great customer service I will be a returning customer

Installation technician was on time and had knowledge about the product that helped me with a on going problem. Ford dealer has been contacted to resolve this problem next week. Location of installation worked out better than I expected. Thanks!

These guys are the best! I've had 2 head units, speakers, subwoofers, and amps installed by these guys and never had a problem. Always knowledgeable, experienced, and clean installs with these guys. And they always make sure to demo their install for you to make sure you know what's up.

very happy and big shout out to Trent for doing such a great job. there was an issue with the airbag light coming on and he took the time to solve the problem and correct the issue. the stereo in my sons car looks and sounds amazing!!!

The only issue I had was the surprise additional charges I received upon check out. I initially was told it would cost 64.99 but at checkout it was 200+ very disappointed that I wasn't advised ahead of time.

good clean installation. the tech tried to explain the features to my wife, she couldn't remember everything so, i made a second appointment, and the tech looked at an issue i had and explained the features to me. nice work people.

Wired everything, and had set up for me when I got there. Used the aftermarket fittings I brought for my USB so I could charge something, use Android auto, and still have the 12v outlet. Offered to do a flush mount for the usb port too, but that's what my aftermarket plug was for

Good product, it fit my vehicle and assisted in completing my aftermarket radio install.

Looked around online and bricks and mortar stores before a purchased my car stero at Bestbuy to make sure I was getting the best deal and have a idea what price point to get a good value and quality . Not only was Best Buy of better value it was 20-25 % cheaper. The salesman was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Geek Squad did an amazing job on the radio installation, it just took a little longer than there estimated time, which can happen when they needed to remove so much of the car to get everything installed great

The agents were great at communicating, when shipping went arry and my radio wasn't ready by my appt time they agreed to squeeze me in next day when it did arrive and the installed radio looks and works awesome!
