My experience with the installation of the JVC unit I had installed in my Hyundai Sante Fe was outstanding and Nick did a fantastic job! He walked me through the features and even programed some of the other features, great job!

The installation crew did a great job installing my Alpine radio. They answered all my questions, the only thing I wished they had done was walk out to my car and show me how it works and what they installed.

The Geek Squad Team did a fine job in Android Din installation ion my SUV. Even though I bought the Android DIN from a another retailer site, the Squad team did a research and installed it as it was one of the newest in the market.

Purchased for GPS radio is good but easy of use is not so good. Still have to use the old GPS because of connectivity issues. Navigating through the device is not as easy as was expected.

I got the free instal with the deck, and they did a great job. I did get a little frustrated that it took an extra hour than planned. Would recommend both techs, but if you want it fast, go with the master installer

I updated my Car Stereo with a new one. Jeff in Burbank did a great job with the install. After he was all finished he made sure everything was working and that I understood how to operate the unit. It was a great experience.

even hooked up the steering wheel controls. it sounds and looks great!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dropped my van off, and in a couple of hours, had my new radio and back-up camera installed. Very professional installation, and so far so good. Wires hidden, and just like it came from the factory, which was my concern. Great job!

The instal service member was 10/10. He installed my stereo with no problems and answered all my questions about car audio and gave me many different recommendations for what I want in my car.

The fuse blew up within a week of installation. Best Buy was kind enough to fix it, but I do not have the confidence in the product yet.

Gotta say not too happy with the install I came to the store to set a date to install, the gentleman behind the counter set up my install date and handed me a printout to get all the items listed for the install as it is cheaper for me to buy. He listed one of the items wrong and when I came into appointment, instead of rescheduling, the tech they had install it, hard wired it instead, and apparently crossed some wires or something. Now when my music is playing and I’m backing up, the screen shimmers and gets grainy and lines all over. Not real happy. I set an appointment to fix, but missed due to family member passing suddenly. I’m going to reschedule, but they should never have hard wired it with out my pre approval!

They did a phenomenal job installing the unit, but they did forget to disconnect the battery which resulted in a number of codes going off and now I have lights on on my dash.
