The Geek squad will be my new go to. First time using them and the were on their game.

Install was completed with in the window provided. Old items were neatly place in the box for me.

Guy was great. I don’t even like my radio as much as I like the professionalism of the person who installed it. They all made sure I had the right parts ordered the right parts and he also answered questions post installation.

The installer was thorough, neat, knowledgeable and efficient for my in-dash Pioneer install. The install was free and the ability to move system vehicle to another in the future for free is a great option.

The installation process went better than expected. They had a cancellation so I was able to get in quicker and they got the job done faster than expected. The installer went over the features of the unit with me which was awesome.

I have com to expect excellent service from the installation shop at the Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio. I have always been kept well informed and the service has been completed in a timely and courteous manner.

Clean didn’t screw anything up. They were solid. And time efficient. Had them do my stereo and back up camera all together. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my car electronics. Ben and Jeremy are the men!!

The fuse blew up within a week of installation. Best Buy was kind enough to fix it, but I do not have the confidence in the product yet.

Geek Squad did a great job installing my boyfriends radio I got him for a gift. Complete in a timely manner and still haven’t had any issues with this product. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

We bought a radio specifically for Sirius but turns out it wasn’t compatible. Geek squad was so helpful in switching out to a nicer radio of similar value and had the old one out and new one in within no time. Thank you!
