Getting an after market stereo into a 2008 Jeep can be tricky, but he (we) solved everything in the end. I came back a few days later when i noticed something didn't work right, the tech did research found a fix and corrected it.

Great experience from the start. The team member in the store made sure I ordered all the parts needed to install this stereo into my vehicle. The install crew was friendly and professional. Made sure everything worked and looked great.

So far I'm enjoying my new radio. The person that helped was calm and knew what he was doing.

Installation was quick and technician was great in helping my son navigate his new stereo. He also had my son call me while there to see if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend installation at this location

Dropped off our truck for an in-dash installation and could tell that they were very busy that day. However, the employee that was doing the install had it completed before his estimate time he gave us! Great service!!

Excellent service from the auto installation department. Service for TV mounting was pathetic. Employee contacted me before arrival and was so rude I canceled it.

Made appt for install and since tech was leaving had to reschedule. Showed up early, waited and then after looking at the items the cashier said I needed and ordered, tech said that I needed to order the ford wiring for my car. So reschedule again. Well I ordered the ford wiring and the install was in progress when the tech said that my car wasn't compatible with radio installed. The radio was installed. The problem was the tech did not use the ford wiring I was told I needed. So now I have a radio that is half utilized. Disappointed

installed my stereo unit, sub, camera and speakers and very happy with their work and support. Provided me all the details I needed to know about my products and answer my questions whenever I have to call.

Excellent installation and the technician took the time to show me the different features of the head unit afterwards. Definitely saved me time and frustration of trying to install everything myself.

Very knowledgeable about the parts that are needed for the job

The Stereo Installation guys were excellent. They had my car in quickly, got the stereo installed, and took the time to walk me through how to use it. They synced my phone to the stereo and had it working perfectly before I left.

They installed my new Kenwood. Originally they had told me it would take about an hour and a half..and they did it in less time. They didn't leave any trace of them even working on my car and the sound is amazing

My installer did a great job given no issues post installation. I was given a brief tutorial, asked for feedback and was sent on my way happy as a camper. The install, the installer's know-how and professionalism - all impeccable. Thanks Best Buy!

It didn't fit my radio size. The Geek squad guy work for almost 3 hours to fine one. In the end it did not happen. He went the extra mile to call friends and different stores to see if they had any.

I was just informed the work done on my stereo install was shoddy at best. After taking the deck out for an addition of a rear view camera, it exposed the terrible duct tape job and soldering on my system!!! I had to replace the entire wiring. This is unacceptable! This is not what I paid for, and frankly a swindle out of money.

What are the best your best weight has. As a member that’s my offer is this which gives me peace of mind when purchasing any new item and paying a little extra. Recommend this everybody
