The geek squad didn’t outstanding job with the installation of a new radio. They had all the items I needed in stock and a great price on the radio. The quality of their installation and customer care was outstanding.

The installer made a recommendation for a different radio to make sure I would be satisfied. A little cheaper actually. He did a perfect install job, and walked me thru the options. VERY knowledgeable.

I bought the head unit and scheduled the install online. I dropped off my vehicle early in the morning and it was ready for pickup in an hour and a half. They had vacuumed my vehicle and tge set up was flawless.

Apple play works very well in the car I love it. installation went perfectly. very well done.

Rolled in and shopped around for about 1.5 hrs and they had my new stereo installed. Had a few issues later with the steering wheel controls and they fixed it on the spot! Great!

Audio Technician Todd (Aiea) was very knowledgeable about my DVD install into my Ford F350 and was able to make my whole sound system sound great again. Bought the DVD player from Crutchfield and Best Buy did the install, I still saved $$$$$$.

The agent installed backup camera and radio. He made sure i knew how to correctly operate the radio and went over every feature. Im very pleased with the work and his expertise of the product.

This radio is alot of product for the money. I enjoy listening to MY Music streaming through my phone. Some of the Apps like Waze, Google Maps, and I Maps are very useful too.

Great job installing the stereo never had a problem quick installation

The install was for a double din indash radio. Installation took about an hour to an hour and a half and was professional. The guy had to cut part of the dash on the car for the radio to fit and you can't even tell it was cut. Great installation

I brought my car there thinking they were going to mess something up.. I was very impressed on how fast and efficient the process was.. I'm so glad I have something aliitle better than the stock radio. They do need to lower the price theough.

The installation went well, but the salesperson was WAY off on the cost of the connecting harness and hardware. I was told in the store "around 50 bucks", when in reality it was over $100.

Install was completed with in the window provided. Old items were neatly place in the box for me.

I purchased a Pioneer head unit from Best Buy for my 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The guys that installed did a masterful job. The team was very knowledgeable and experienced. Provided excellent customer service. Could not have asked for more.

Charles did a great job on the installation of my radio. My car presented a few challenges but he overcame each one. He was very helpful identifying all of the parts I needed to purchase for the installation. No surprises on the final costs either!

Service was fast and friendly, I would recommend anyone to have their car stereo installed by Best buy.
