Install was great every thing was nice and clean the only reason I gave four stars is because the person that took the order was rood and I guess he wasn't happy that he has a job.

Speed of install fantastic, however i would have appreciated it if the tech made sure my backup camera was working...which it isnt had to schedule another appt...

I will be hesitant to use the service again. Not because of the technician or the job he did but the timing of the job. I was asked to be at my appointment 10 minutes early. Which I was. I rang the bell, no one came nor did anyone bother to come and tell me that my technician would be there right at 10 and it takes him 20 minutes to prep before he can do the job. Essentially due to how appointments are booked 30 minutes of my day was wasted. However if I was say 30 minutes late, no doubt my appointment would have been canceled. A phone call or someone simply letting me know 1. The technician was signing in and it might take a minute. Or 2. His partner was out and he was the only one in the shop would have went a long way. Apparently Best Buy just wants my money and cares less about customer service. There were plenty of people in the store who could have helped the technician out that day with logistics of answering the doorbell.

They were very professional and the dashboard looks better than the factory radio!!! They setup everything for me (clock, bluetooth settings, etc). They even gave me an overview of how it works. It is great!!!

Agent told me that I would have to set up another appointment to have my rear camera installed, why was that not an option during my conversation to have car stereo installed

Dash looks great and fits in perfectly. Helpful when I was trying to figure out how to use it and they walked me through the process before I left.

They installed my radio and had me rolling in no time.

Initially the navigation wasnt getting a signal, install techs moved the antenna and now performs great...night and day difference...works great...I have been using Nav a lot.

I had Sony radio system placed in 2009 Corolla and installer was knowledgeable, efficient friendly. The sales agent that assisted in buying system was the same.

the installation was great. The tech did a first-class job and explained and set up the Phone with the system.

Again Love the install team here in Idaho Falls they are amazing and the gal is super helpful and impressive with her knowledge so enjoyable to work with them.

I purchased all the components online for a new multimedia touchscreen radio. Went to Best Buy and got an estimate of $220. Went to them because the install team seemed to know what they were doing when I was shopping (I didn't buy from BB because the sales staff didn't). The estimate was a LOT of money but I wanted to get it done, wanted it done right, and they seemed to know what they were doing. Scheduled the install for the following week. Guys at work said I was out of mind to go there. I insisted it would be okay. The install took less than an hour (they estimated 2) so I stuck around at the store. Gave them my phone number, looked at movies and stuff, got the call they were done. When I went to pay they told me the bill was $260--$40 higher than the estimate. For 1 hour of labor, no parts. I asked why it was higher than the estimate and got some hoohah about how something wasn't added in, that was the cost, yadayada. I put the charge on my BB deferred payment plan but I let them know I wasn't happy about it. There were a couple of things I had asked them to do differently so I figured for $260 it should be as I asked. I called and spoke to the install guy in charge, explained what I wanted fixed, and mentioned that I was not happy about the higher charge. He said he would look into it. I went for the fix; they were pleasant enough and made the changes. When I was checking out I asked about the $40 credit. He told me he could not discount it since I had not bought the items at BB, that they hadn't added in another charge but weren't going to charge me more (what?). I was going to leave it at that but the more I thought about it the more irritated I was. I went back into the store and asked to speak with the manager. He was out so I talked to the second guy in charge. He told me that BB does not give estimates. I told him I had been given an estimate, and if the actual work was going to be more than the estimate I should have received a call. I told him that I thought that $220 was a lot of money for one hour of work but I had not agreed to $260--and was it their expectation that I should agree blindly to whatever charge? He resisted, I persisted. Finally he said they would give me the $40 credit--I'm sure only to get me out of his face. I would definitely NOT go back to BB for any kind of install. It worked out but only because I wouldn't go away until it did. Had I looked around at other install places, I undoubtedly would have gotten a better deal with a whole lot less hassle. Oh well, lesson learned. Hopefully someone else will learn from me.

They put in our stereo in my jeep and did a great job and fast.

Everything on it works just fine, the install was a pain, you don't realize how many extra things you're going to have to buy also to make it work, so the price got up on this pretty quick

The appointment was kept on time and the installation finished early. The tech demonstrated use and was very helpful. I am fully satisfied.

The Geek squad installed a radio, CD , with navigation and bluetooth in 2 different of my vehicles. Very Professional People. Caring and explained everything to me. Price was great also.

Wow, for 100.00 and some parts the Geek Squad did an outstanding professional job on my double DIN Pioneer head unit. Have an 08 Honda CR-V and it looks like it came from the showroom floor with a video screen stereo. Thanks Geek Squad!
