Timely and complete service by the Geek squad representative who came to transfer my data.

My In-Home Data Transfer by Geek Squad went flawless, it was a good experience.

Both Agents Chris & Kevin worked together to set up the computer and the new monitor in our current work area. They removed the product cartons and took the old computer for recycling. The old hard drive was given to us.

Thomas Huber did a very thorough and professional job transferring my files and setting up my new computer. He explained thing when I had questions and left me his card if anything came up!

This job was cancelled because it was not necessary to transfer data from old computer. Alan was very kind to have charge reversed. Alan was informative and answered my questions quickly and in a manner I could relate to.

Bought a new HP laptop and wireless printer. Total tech came to house to set everything up and transfer data from my older laptop, something I just wasn’t interested in doing. Everything was perfect when they left without any frustrations or headaches for me!

Geek squad team member carefully transferred all data & programs from the old desk top to the new unit. He was patient, answered all questions about the new system. He tested for all key data as he completed the transfer.

Justin not only had the knowledge and expertise, but the patience to answer my questions. My only complaint is that it was hard to get in-home service. I really as to insist. There’s no way someone could have coached me through this on the phone.
