Technician Geek Squad Galo Gonzalez was fabulous. He really knew his stuff. I only want Mr. Gonzalez working on my computer!!!!!

Victor transferred all desktop files/data, etc. He came back to finish the job and brought me an HP printer. Mine was 15-18 yrs old and could not b repaired.

kMy recent Geek Squad experience was excellent, as always. They were prompt, efficient and professional. I cannot say enough good things about the employees and the service they provide.

It took approximately 10 appointments to properly set-up my new PC and transfer files. Eight of these appointments were canceled by Best Buy Customer Service without providing me with reasons. Geek Squad management had to get involved to ensure appointments by Geek Squad to perform the tasks, would not be canceled by Best Buy.

Geek Squad set up my computer and made sure everything was working properly. Helped me change to new email address. went over some things with Iphone. Person was very nice and helpful.

The service experience was A++. Rez, the rep, was on time, friendly, and very skilled. He got me going in no time. The scheduling process, on the other hand, needs A LOT of improvement.
