    I was told it could take up to 2 days to transfer my data to the new laptop...they were done in about 3 hours. It was wonderful

    I requested and paid for a computer installation with data transfer. After the initial installation, I was unsatisfied. It was my opinion the data transfer was incomplete. So I requested a Re-do on the data transfer. A technician was scheduled for this issue, however I was only allowed 40 minutes to have these issues resolved. It was simply NOT enough time. Needless to say, I am still unsatisfied. It is frustrating to think I have to pay additional money to someone else to resolve my concerns.
