Geek Squad transferred my info

Poor Customer Service by Best Buy Customer Service

Eight of these appointments were canceled by Best Buy Customer Service without providing me with reasons. Geek Squad management had to get involved to ensure appointments by Geek Squad to perform the tasks, would not be canceled by Best Buy.

Computer install and Data Transfer

After the initial installation, I was unsatisfied. It was my opinion the data transfer was incomplete. So I requested a Re-do on the data transfer. A technician was scheduled for this issue, however I was only allowed 40 minutes to have these issues resolved. It was simply NOT enough time. Needless to say, I am still unsatisfied. It is frustrating to think I have to pay additional money to someone else to resolve my concerns.
