    The in-home service is the best part of the tech service and well worth the first-year price. The free one year service I previously had with my desktop worked the whole year to make my files accessible between laptop and desktop and were not up-to-date on their skills. The Geek Squad agent was quick and competent and could explain reasons for what he did. He checked the router and printer to be sure this new laptop is working smoothly.
