Data transfer was done by the geek squad experts. New software loaded. Great not to worry about this.

The agent was a tremendous help setting up my new Mac.

Completely unsatisfactory. The service is listed as max 100g transfer. The agent then informed upon arrival that it was a separate for each of the two computers instead of the 100g shown on the email I received. Further, each separate item such as setting up the computer, which by the way I had already done, carried a separate charge. Bad advertising and bad form of business. To date I have always been pleased with the services of Geek Squad but this rip-off is beyond the pale. At least Jesse James had the courtesy to use a mask and a gun.

They were on time, very knowledgeable, excellent job.

Geek Squad tech left us with printer issues, keyboard issues, finding photos issues. Twice they have left us with no resolution. Appointment that was scheduled for today was a NO show, No Notification. Don’t waste you time and money with Mentor Ohio based Geek Squad! Horrible abysmal service. AND when you leave the store a one star review they want you to do MORE work by sending them confidential messages on their Social Media sites. What a crock of waste!

Steve/Geek Squad transferred data from 11 y/o 27" Mac to new laptop. He was professional & cordial. Also helped me w/cell phone. Carried 27" downstairs to garage, turned out to be cordless for artwork for my 88 y/o husband. Connected laptop to printer. Gave us a wealth of information.

The Geek Squad representative, Sam was professional, friendly and competent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly and answered all of my questions.

The techs were efficient, patient and easy to work with.

The agents came to my house and set up my new computer and monitor along with a new printer. They were professional, competent, respectful and patient. I was notified when they were coming, and they were very personable and I appreciated they followed Covid guidelines.

85" tv delivered, wall mounted, ready to go. Didn't leave until we were sure knew how to work TV and navigate through channels. Haled away all packaging from new TV.

We are beyond disappointed with the Geek Squad transfer of data service. Obviously we hired them because we don't know much about computers. Not all files were transferred to new computer and we lost irreplicable folders and photos. Calls to GS took hours with disappointing results.

This was the second time Geek Agent Michael has made a He can explain things very well, and he is very patient. I appreciate his service very much.
