Amazing!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just recently bought a Mac Book Air from Best Buy and wanted the Geek Squad to set it up in home for me. Brian, our technician was incredible! There is so much to this and you don't really realize how long this can take to do. My file transfer took 5 hours and Brian was so patient and helpful during the entire process answering all of our questions. He is an asset to the Best Buy company!

He had problems transferring data.

I basically lost 4 years of photos in albums. He was able to get photos from an old remote backup up to the year 2021. Also, not being a techy person I have had a lot of confusion and frustration.

Good technician-less than stellar computer

The technician did spend a lot of time, but even with the extra CD component I am unable to open my music writer and had to purchase a new program. Saving things to the desktop doesn't work very well either, and I have to hunt all over for them. I feel that HP computers are better than this Samsung.
