The Geek Squad representative, Sam was professional, friendly and competent. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly and answered all of my questions.

The agents came to my house and set up my new computer and monitor along with a new printer. They were professional, competent, respectful and patient. I was notified when they were coming, and they were very personable and I appreciated they followed Covid guidelines.

TRANSFER FROM PRIOR COMPUTER NOT CORRECT, CANOT PRINT THE WAY I PRINTED BEFORE IS NOT THERE AND CAN NOT MAKE OUT WHST OR HOW TO PRINT NEED HELP I CHOSE YES IN RECOMENNEND AS THE PRINTER CONNECTION IS THE ONLY PROBLEM

They were on time, very knowledgeable, excellent job.

85" tv delivered, wall mounted, ready to go. Didn't leave until we were sure knew how to work TV and navigate through channels. Haled away all packaging from new TV.

The Geek said he transferred my email address book from my old computer to the new one but it didn't happen. I paid too much money to not get complete service.

Geek squad agent was very knowledgeable, transferring data from old laptop to new one was not an easy task, but he managed it and kept all contacts and other information.

They were able to save all the data on my new, but dying, machine and transfer it to a new one with good hard drive.

Had a very good experience after a very frustrating interaction with the phone people I was very please with our tech. The process went well and I have nothing but good things to say about our actual experience.
