The agent connected an old HP printer to our new iMac. A great job saving us the cost of a new printer.

My computer set up, and data transfer which was set up for today. The tech never arrived. I had to call to find out what happened. Turns out the tech had an emergency. No one called me to let me know what happened. Now I have to wait another week! Bad communication, shows disregard for customers. Sorry I bought a computer from Best Buy.

Agent was detailed and methodical in installing the software. The desktop is operating with enhanced speed. Great job!

After finally explaining to a heavily accented voice that I wanted to move into a new iMac from an old one with a scan and removal of any viruses, we agreed on an appointment about two weeks out. I was required to pay in advance for this service. After arranging my schedule to accommodate the appointment, I checked on the appointment the day before and was told by another accented voice that the appointment had been rescheduled, without checking with me, for two weeks later. After much discussion about rescheduling without my input, I cancelled the appointment and asked for a refund. This situation resulted in a month-long delay in using my new computer, plus the the fact that the service was rescheduled without any input from me.

Geek Squad tech man Leandro was experienced. professional, and solid. He is a real asset to the Best Buy community.

Everything went well with the transfer, very satisfied with the process and the professionalism of the Geek Squad person who performed the work.

In home service was cancelled. I brought the computer into the store for service. I had Total Tech but felt it was faster to bring the computer into the store.

The Geek Squad did not come on the date they had planned. Had 2 cancellations before they came. I am having trouble getting my email since the installation
