    Data transfer was not completed correctly. iTunes was not transferred in entirety. Second service call also failed to install correctly. Ended up doing myself. Will not purchase from you in future. Installation was the only reason I went to you.

    Not a happy camper at this writing. On Dec 22nd had techie appointment to set-up new HP desktop. Techie downloaded data but as it was in process the carbonite & webroot froze at 64% transfer but techie had already left the premises. I have not used my new HP desktop to the fullest since Dec 22nd. I've contacted the techie but he's so booked and did NOT have any availability for a month. Sent techie email yesterday reminding him of this incomplete home set-up that was paid. NOT easy to contact someone local at Geek Squad for customer service. Please expedite and get someone here to complete the transfer & set-up. Much appreciated!

    Completely unsatisfactory. The service is listed as max 100g transfer. The agent then informed upon arrival that it was a separate for each of the two computers instead of the 100g shown on the email I received. Further, each separate item such as setting up the computer, which by the way I had already done, carried a separate charge. Bad advertising and bad form of business. To date I have always been pleased with the services of Geek Squad but this rip-off is beyond the pale. At least Jesse James had the courtesy to use a mask and a gun.

    they did not complete transfer i did not have my micro soft password, they did not transfer anything. dec 7 2025they did nothing that is why they come back on the 29 dec,2025 the set up computor but they could not transfer because i do not have my pass word for micro soft to transfer my email.

    In home service was cancelled. I brought the computer into the store for service. I had Total Tech but felt it was faster to bring the computer into the store.

    Geek Squad tech left us with printer issues, keyboard issues, finding photos issues. Twice they have left us with no resolution. Appointment that was scheduled for today was a NO show, No Notification. Don’t waste you time and money with Mentor Ohio based Geek Squad! Horrible abysmal service. AND when you leave the store a one star review they want you to do MORE work by sending them confidential messages on their Social Media sites. What a crock of waste!

    Did not need this service. It was scheduled for about 2 weeks after the computer purchase. I had the data transferred myself in one day. I did not need this service.

    In home set-up scheduled. Tech arrived and said he could not transfer data (although I specifically mentioned that when I purchased the service. At almost 80 years old, 4'11" and a little over 100 lbs. I had to lug it into the store, was told it would take 3 days and received notification later that same day that it was done, so I had to trudge back. Another tech arrived, about a week later and said that he usually installed home theaters and was not skilled in computer set up. Additionally I was as not told that my Webroot would not be transferred to the new computer. Spent an hour today on line trying to accomplish that only to be told by your rep that I would have to lug it in again. VERY DISSATISFIED.
