The Geek Squad did not come on the date they had planned. Had 2 cancellations before they came. I am having trouble getting my email since the installation

Store visit for purchase was excellent, went home with new printer. Samsung lap tap was delivered on time to my home - ALL GOOD so far. GEEK SQUAD was scheduled for data transfer and installation. The GEEK SQUAD failed to show up for the Saturday appointment although confirmation was received the day before. I went back to the store an hour after the no show , and talked to several people . No explanation could be provided as to why my appointment was cancelled although at least 2 employees searched records for a considerable time, and their manager was consulted. No explanations or apologies were given. I RETURNED the printer and computer that day , and I remain unhappy at this time .

My computer set up, and data transfer which was set up for today. The tech never arrived. I had to call to find out what happened. Turns out the tech had an emergency. No one called me to let me know what happened. Now I have to wait another week! Bad communication, shows disregard for customers. Sorry I bought a computer from Best Buy.

They were on time and set up the tv quickly and showed us the features

Geek squad was good about appointment and on time. That’s where the good ends. They asked if I had an external drive to use which I didn’t and were happy to sell me one for $50. I assumed they’d bring a data cable or at least include a drive in price but no, that’s extra. I had moved all pertinent data folders to desktop previously so all they did was insert drive, click copy, click paste. They then tell me “well we’re not going to sit here and wait for the transfer to the drive to complete so if you have questions after it does, here’s a number to call”. It was an ABSOLUTE waste of money. $200.00 for 15 minutes and an external drive. NOT happy.

This was to be the second time to try to get them to our home to do this service. They again did not let us know so when I called to get the time of the appointment, I was told they have to reschedule. This will be my third try at an in-home service. I just wish that id they no longer do in-home service for long-term total tech members they would just admit it and not put us through this continued frustration.

I had to have them come out again. Julie came out and got boy computer fixed.

I waited all day for them to arrive. They never showed!!! This was the second time. The other appointment was scheduled in March which they did the same thing. I called their office 3 times. The 1st time they put a note out to them. The 2nd and 3rd time they kept disconnecting me and never called back.

The geek. Squad sent to the house were good but they needed memory space that they ordered for me..when I look my old computer and memory to your Tyson’s location and made an appointment with the geek squad. When I turned for the appointment they kept me waiting for over 40 minutes and after cursory exam they told me they no longer do apple. And suggested I take the whole thing over to apple . Great service!

The guy connected my new desktop computer and transferred over oh my data

I had to come back to the store many times to get things fixed. I think when I had a failure (could not access my computer) you should have sent a person out to fix the problem.
