worst ever-left in 20 minutes I had to call my cloud to get the back up for the new computer I purchased-said he was to busy and would take too long -didn't have any product knowledge was totally lost-previous geek squad member that we used was scheduled- who was very good (Sam)

the agent was not able to help me transfer my data, and I was told I would need to go down to best buy to get it done.

It never happened because they don't have the time it takes to do it. I wanted my stuff to be transferred and do an automatic backup.

I received a call cancelling my appointment. The appointment was scheduled 6 weeks prior. The suggested new appointment was 12/24 Xmas eve. Not acceptable for obvious reasons.

Geek Squad has always done a perfect job in setting up and transferring the desired files from my previous PC. The agent was very helpful and informative, and completed the work in a timely manner.

Connor was very knowledgeable. He disassembled my old computer and successfully transferred all data to my new unit. He cleaned up after his task and removed all unneeded items from my home. He fully explained what I needed to do to insure my old hard drive could not be read in the future.

Shane was very proficient and helpful. He explained the process in a very easy and understandable way. I had to transfer data. I wasn’t sure I was going to renew my membership, but based on Shane’s excellent service and explanation of benefits of the membership I decided to renew my membership again. I am a very satisfied customer.

Shawn Gross, the Geek Squad agent, was excellent! He worked quickly through hooking up the new computer and transferring data, all while explaining what he was doing. He made the new computer very user friendly, and made sure all of my data transferred over. He's very diligent, patient, knowledgeable, and answers all of your questions. 10/10, I highly recommend him!

My tech was very nice, on time and seemed to easily get my info into my new computer. He did not download Carbonite to my computer. I did not notice this until he had left. I do not know if my contract with Best Buy contains any back up features for the info on my computer. I contacted Geek Squad but the person I talked to did not understand what I was talking about and I ended th call

The agent transferred everything off my Mac hard drive to a new external hard drive. My Mac is like a new computer, and it is no longer sluggish, and it does not take a very long time to perform its usual functions. The mail comes in quickly, as do other downloads. I am so grateful for the technician’s excellent, professional, complete and expert help.

The agent transferred files from second computer to to my main computer. He took the time to make sure everything uploaded correctly and helped me clean up old files and unnecessary files. He was very professional and I highly recommend their service.

Jose, the Geek Squad member, helped me solve issues I was having with my computer set up. In the end, he told me I needed to purchase a new keyboard, external hard drive, etc. I was able to obtain a new laptop from my son, who had only used it for a year. So, Jose transferred my data from my old one to this new one. Unfortunately, I keep finding things he didn't download, like ZOOM, Drop Box, and others, so must then contact my son who can walk me through adding them, now.

The Geek Squad Agent was on time, friendly, very knowledgeable, and quickly took care what we needed done. This time, as always, we are extremely happy with the Geek Squad in- home service.

Transfer of files x2 appts and removal of hard drive

Darin is the best! The store had my 2 laptops for several days and said the laptop hard drive must be damaged because they couldn't transfer the information from one laptop the the new one. Darin did the transfer in about 15 minutes. Absolutely happy with the results. Thank you, Darin.
