Successful install of new computer! Friendly service.

Have been disconnected several times from Geek Squad, have a recurring issue with non functioning photo app on my new computer, often have periods of several days when unable to access photos or add new ones to computer

Horrible service and inept personnel on chat room service. Called for help and waited 23 minutes to talk to someone and I finally hung up. Don't know how you stay in business. I paid for in home installation in the amount of $378.85 fpr the service and I want a refund.

I purchased both the setup and data transfer. My primary focus was to learn how to transfer data. I expected the Geek to explain the process to me. He did not explain anything. For the amount of $$$ I spent, I was completely disappointed.

My data was not completely transfered. I called and made a second appointment. My original person did not show up but sent some one else who knew absolutely nothing. I have no contact list or email folders. I am very displeased.

Mostly thorough, but did not transfer my bookmarks over.

They were a no show. Cancelled my appointment day prior to their arrival with no good reason. Bad business.

I had an appointment for 3 weeks, on the day of the appointment Best Buy called and cancelled when they should of already been here doing the transfer, then they argued that we didnt pay for it anyway, so we would not be refunded, although we did pay for this service even having the geek squad membership. I am not sure why we buy the geek squad membership every year but still have to pay for them to come out. We probably will go elsewhere from now on, they do not appreciate their customers like they used to. Seems to be the case everywhere you go!!

Geek squad when trying to transfer files from our old computer, lost our files and we were unable to re create. never use them again!!!

I paid for this services and it is not complete please call to re schedule ASAP

worst ever-left in 20 minutes I had to call my cloud to get the back up for the new computer I purchased-said he was to busy and would take too long -didn't have any product knowledge was totally lost-previous geek squad member that we used was scheduled- who was very good (Sam)

the agent was not able to help me transfer my data, and I was told I would need to go down to best buy to get it done.

It never happened because they don't have the time it takes to do it. I wanted my stuff to be transferred and do an automatic backup.

I received a call cancelling my appointment. The appointment was scheduled 6 weeks prior. The suggested new appointment was 12/24 Xmas eve. Not acceptable for obvious reasons.

She did an excellent job moving everything to the new laptop and setting up the new monitor

Did set up and transfer. Was done in a reasonable amount of time and appears accurate

The Geek Squad agent installed a new computer and the service was quick, efficient and very polite in helping me decide what would work best for me.
