The rep was great and we were very pleased with his service. We were surprised to find out however that the home visit WAS NOT covered by the service plan we had purchased along with an Acer computer back in July. At that time was indicated as a covered service, which was why we opted for the plan to begin with. Apparently this was something that had changed around June 17. We grudgingly did pay for the service, and we did subsequently cancel the plan on a pro-rated basis. So the bottom line is that we had great service, and basically paid for two months of mis-represented service.

It was excellent. Everything went smoothly with no hiccups. The Tech, Luke, was wonderful and very accommodating. He was prompt and extremely knowledgeable.

I purchased the Total plan and have be very happy with the service that we receive. It has been well worth the money we played or this plan.

Once again, everything the tech did was top notch from the time he arrived until he left. He made sure everything was in working order as well.

The agent was efficient and thorough when he transferred my data from the desktop to my new laptop. He took the time to show me how to navigate the menus and gave me tips on how to get answers to my questions quickly.

Professional, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Solved everything requested with instructions and answered endless questions with a reminder to call back if we had any problems after he left.

Our Geek guy (Kevin) was the best! He not only transferred my data but advised us on security software, checked our eero and printer connections. Signed up for the yearly Geek Squad coverage and am really happy I did.

Agent arrived when expected, was courteous, and job was completed very quickly. My old computer equipment was taken away to be disposed of property at the store which was a bonus.

Data transfer went well. However more prior information regarding the transfer would have been appreciated by me. Receiving information in advance is advisable, such as, what can be transferred.

Adam transferred my data onto a new computer, quickly. He listened and got everything in order. Appreciate his competence.

First time was a charm, the excellent service was even better in our house. Our agent was poilte and professional, but even better...he was COMPETENT! We had a new laptop set up and converted.
