The agent transferred all my data from an older desktop computer to my new laptop. In addition, the new laptop required setup and connection to my network and my printer. I was very pleased with the service. It was quick & accurate.

On 2-01-25 the geek squad came out to re-place my tv that had gone bad and was under warranty, you cant go wrong with geek squad, they are experts, friendly and courteous. I get all my electronics etc., form BEST BUY and have the squad install or set up anything that need be done. you can always depend on the GEEK SQUAD!

Tyler is great. Give that man a raise. However why you wouldn’t let him take the drive back to the store to have repaired boggles my mind. I don’t have a way to get to the store.

We bought a Dell tower computer and used Geek squad guy to transfer data & apps. He was very polite and task-oriented. Spent additional time trying to fix a glitch in photo frame hook up to wifi with any extra charge. Very pleased with the service and would use them again.
