The agent updated my system to Windows 11. He was VERY knowledgeable in all aspects of the entire systems. He made the change painless and was patient answering all my questions. I am glad I had him come to the house to do the update.

The agent who came out to transfer the data was great. There was a problem and he had to come back a second day but he had the computer running so that I could use it till he returned. Very polite and friendly and knew what he was doing. If the geek squad was ever needed again he would be the one I would want.

Isaac, the agent arrived on time to complete the data transfer to a new Apple laptop. Everything was successfully transferred and we were able to access all the bookmarks transferred. Isaac was very efficient and friendly, he was able to complete the transfer within approximately 45 minutes.
