No. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He pushed a couple of buttons and said it was Ok, but it still acts just like it did before,

The Geek Squad is the most incompetent and in certain cases rude group I have ever encountered. The transfer was a complete disaster and I now have to pay someone ele to come and do the job correctly.

The first time the agent came not all data had transferred. Had to get him back again to fix it. Seems ok now but it has been frustrating. I have made some adjustmnts myself because the installation had synced my laptop to the new PC and I did not want that. Especially with the extra cost of inhome installation. Seems excessive for someone who has subscribed for years, but so it goes. Not so sure of renewing anymore.

I tried to purchase a different USB drive that was on sale but, the purchase wouldn't finalize. I called customer service and Jasonlee tried and he couldn't get it to go through either. The system would not allow the sale price to go through. So, he found another drive that was on sale and got that transaction to go through. This young man is a gem, and asset to Best Buy.

My tech, Shannon, from the Geek Squad was fantastic! His friendly and professional approach put me at easy and gave me confidence. His depth of knowledge was extraordinary. He fix issues with my computer that many others had failed solve.

Geek Squad member, Joshua was very polite and helpful in explaining changes in systems. Despite the salesperson saying I could handle over the phone, I learned that would have been impossible.

Marco is amazing! Through his knowledge and expertise he helped us trailer Three computers (two laptops, and one desktop) To meet our needs and desires. He also set up our HP Smart tank printer and took away our old large cartridge printer. During his visits he was able to demonstrate use of all of these products to help our family understand method and practices that make these devices easier to use and meet up to our expectations. He is a credit in every respects to Best Buy.
