Not good at all from my Mac mini and Samsung smart
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not good for my Mac Mini and Samsung Monitor. I spent $350, and they have been here 3 times, and the Smart monitor is still not set up correctly. When I turn off my Samsung TV, the Monitor goes off. Also the monitor is set up more for TV streaming than computer use. If it goes not TV mode it is very difficult to get the computer monitor aspect working. They "set an appointment," but Geek Squad said that it "wasn't on the calendar" when they didn't show up for the confirmed time. Perhaps some of this could've been avoided if they had looked at the specs on the monitor and not just plugged it into my TV and handed me a new remote. They really didn't know anything about the monitor setup. I have a temporary workaround until I get through to the right person at Samsung to help me straighten this out.

Request not recorded properly and NOT honored

The agent said his work order only covered the set up and he did not have time to transfer any data. Pretty uncooperative and very frustrating.

When I picked up my new hard drive, they didn't show me where it was or how to get to it. We had a tech come over but he couldn't help with the problem
