ordered a phone for pick up online, went in to get it, had to wait at least an hour just to receive my phone. The woman who helped me was extremely rude and she sent another man over to help, who was also very rude. I stood there waiting or they tried to connect my phone to whatever they needed to connect it to in order to give it to me and while I was waiting no one told me what they were doing, continued to look past me as if i weren’t there, just had me stand there and wait. Once I became a little irritated the man finally told me exactly what he was doing with the phone and told me I should go buy a phone case. I didn’t need a phone case just my phone, once i said this the man became frustrated with me. Overall my experience here was not pleasant, I will not be returning to this location.
