Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I won't mention any names but the rep could not get the phone to work and sent me over to T Mobile ( I had sprint) after about 3 hours the rep at T Mobile finally got the phone to work. Later I tried to go to another carrier and it was with negative results.

Mobile set up is no longer free

In the past every time I’ve purchased a new phone the mobile set up was included. I was disappointed with this change.

Poor customer service and tech

Delayed release of item due to computer glitch, even though they had receipt of payment in hand. Tech department was unable to honor appointment and after 90 minutes of semi-service with no results, I left and had product serviced elsewhere.

The WORST experience ever!

We spent hours in the Covington, LA store. Nobody knew what they were doing and the associate who was helping us decided that she would leave and go home instead of completing our activation process. Horrible customer service

Provided sim they gave me was not activated

The new sim was not activated and I needed to go to T-mobile anyway to get the phone turned on. Just going to stick with the retail stores next time.

Kept saying we aren't supposed to do this

I really didn't want to hear the associate repeating that we don't do this. I just spent over $1k.

Wichita store does not know what she is doing, i am still fighting best buy over charges for item that was canx and they still want be to pay for, next step is to take them to small claims court.

Bad Customer Service.

I was told I had to wait for 90 minutes for someone to arrive. I went to my carrier to set up the phone.

Terrible

It took over half an hour just to get the phone so I missed my appointment. The geek squad guy totally blew me off when I tried to ask him a question.

Nobody was available until 2 minutes before the end (and I had to move on to my next appt). And he seemed confused as to why I was unhappy.

Didnt Matter

Not sure why they offered this if they weren't going to even do anything about it.

Terrible Experience

Had to go to a Verizon store to have it correctly done later that evening. Terrible experience.

My suggestion would be to nix the option of allowing people to make appointments to keep their expectations low.

Arrived on time and directed to the line where we would have been without an appointment. Waited over half an hour in line. Why did we have an appointment?

Got a lemon in customer support
