    Trade In Staff is Amazing

    The trade in staff at the Goleta Best Buy was amazing. I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes. They were very efficient and helpful in helping me get my new phone set up.

    No help with data transfer

    While I was assisted with the installation of the sim card and setting up my phone with Verizon, I was disappointed when the employee assisting me told me that I needed to purchase additional iCloud storage to transfer data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone. She did not offer any other solutions, and when I told her I was not interested in purchasing additional iCloud storage, simply handed me my new phone without any data transferred. Luckily I was able to figure out how to transfer data on my own at home (without buying additional data).

    iPhone pro max 14 from team mobile Best Buy agent

    I have been BestBuy customer for a long time. I recently bought phone through team mobile in store. The representative from Best Buy messed up so bad I have spent over 8 hours on the phone and 4 extra visits to the store. I had to lose all that time and additional money. The worst part was how the entire time not once was an apology offered. It was a horrible experience.

    We went to look at Refurbished phone. The the The manager of the store tall man salt and pepper gray hair was extremely rude and disrespectful. He acted annoyed that we bothered him. He should be trained on customer service and respect!
