Need to communicate with customer throughout proce
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I attempted to purchase an iphn however the sales people were so awkward and rude that I returned the product 2 minutes after I purchased it. The manager (Lebron?) took care of the return and that went smooth. He communicated what I could expect and what he was doing thru the process which was What was missing during the purchase.

Non-existent service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In store mobile setup and support was not performed but somehow my online account says it was. They did not do a thing. When I signed up for the service, there was no fee. When I arrived at the store, it was a minimum of $40 to transfer items from the old phone to the new one. We left without having anything done.
