it started a little unorganized with sending me to the wrong place to set up my phone but after that it was good. Friendly staff. Good service.

Only need wifi to do my own setup but the store wifi really slow, give up and the tech let me go.

Though service took a while to complete, the rep was courteous, informative, and extremely helpful.

Sales rep on time for appointment...instruction went on without interruption. Very informative dialogue...many of the finer points of the Samsung phone were covered, Information such as contacts, etc, was transferred effortlessly by the rep which added to the experience. Essentially a plug and play operation. Best Buy impressed me by offering this service! A BIG plus.

After buying a phone in store, the support staff made it so easy to have all of my contacts, photos, apps and files on my new phone. It only took a few minutes, they were very patient and explained all of the new features to me and let me try them in store. I appreciate the expertise and courtesy shown us as well as the help in transitioning to a new device

Very helpful transfer. I am a tech guru myself but the data transfer actually took along time. I was also trading in my old phone. They held my phone under lock and key while the transfer was going on. I was able to come back after grocery shopping to pick up my phone after the transfer was complete. Full service is a nice thing. Thanks!

You can set up an appointment online and it says 15 min for set up. Well, I don't think they cared or were even aware and I was not helped on time. It also takes more like 30 minutes to handle everything and the pickup desk for online orders had no idea that when an appointment is made they need to walk through customer to the phone area and let that area handle the transaction.

I thought I had an 11 am appointment to pick up my phone but I was sent from customer service to Geek Squad to a free standing moble phone area to customer service back to mobile phone area. That took about half an hour right there. Then the "10 minute wait" was closer to an hour for help with the phone. Once I FINALLY had someone help set it up, they did a great job with it.

It's compact for a phone. The fold on the screen is a non-issue for me. When in the house, I don't fold the phone. I just set it on the counter. My S9+ could have lasted many more years, but I couldn't miss out on the sale, having a flip phone again, and getting something more current. I watched some videos for an optimum setup.

I like the phone, but I did not like that the associate did not explain the phone more in depth.

There was an issue with locating and activating phone but associate was apologetic and nice.

The employees at Best Buy did a fantastic job transitioning my husband from his really old flip phone to the Samsung a50 smart phone. They set everything up for him and cleared out any apps and extras that were not worth keeping. The employees (there were 2 diff. young gentlemen that helped him) took time to walk him through how to use the phone, and explained all that it offered. Great sevice!

I like this phone, but it's not an amazing piece of technology. It's just another inch forward from previous models.

The associate helping with my iPhone 13 Pro upgrades was incredibly helpful. Very cordial and made sure the iPhones were set up correctly. He always gave us the opportunity to review and make sure everything transferred over. Super helpful and would definitely recommend for future phone upgrades!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G and needed to transfer information from my outdated phone. Personnel were waiting for me when I arrived with the phone at their station. They easily transferred all the pictures and contacts to my new phone in additional to providing an overview of its capabilities.

Glad I did this with my trade in, it took my associate longer to set up but that was because of T-Mobile and issues they were having at their end. Thank goodness I did not just turn in my old phone and leave with the new one as my associate was on the phone with T-Mobile for an hour getting the lines straight.

Store mobile rep was very helpful and helped phone data transfer and setup.
