Experience Was on Par they could not find my order first but they guy went above and beyond to take of me

Nothing really to review. Free service essentially I was told to follow the instructions to activate the phone and transfer information from my old phone. I'm assuming if there were issues their assistance would have been helpful.

I scheduled online for a new cell phone. When I showed up they were busy and I waited a few. Once it was my turn it went smooth and quicker than I thought. The product was ready and transfering everthing went good. The tech knew what he was doing and I was on my way in no time.

The best customer service! Our service tech was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only did he do his job expertly, he answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we had a place to sit comfortably while our phones were being transferred. I can’t say enough good things about him.

The sevice was good but on this day it took too long. Store had a promo on another phone brand.

Product works as expected. Nice to have extra memory capability for storage and water resistance.

This was slightly helpful but it took much longer than I expected. It is definitely not a service I would pay money for. If you have your old phone backed up to the cloud and you are buying a phone from the same manufacturer, you may be better off doing this on your own.

Love it; it's my first Samsung phone. It very fast and the picture is great. Sound quality from the external speak is awesome (for a phone). I just wish that Samsung wasn't so intrusive with all of its own apps and settings. Would buy it again; the Bestbuy experience was easy and smooth!

Made an appointment at the busy store to pickup and set up the wife's new phone. Installer listened to our concerns and got it set up just right, and pretty quickly as well. Nicely done. The price of the phone was a pleasant surprise too! I will be watching Best Buy for prices when I need an upgrade.

Very helpful service. Really appreciate the time and effort to transfer the old contents from a flaky old phone to the new. The T-mobile service was not automatically transferred but once home, I just entered the new sim number in T-mobile account and then it worked.

The person who started "helping" me was very uninterested in assisting me at all (kept talking with his buddies about the ACT, chipotle for lunchbreak, work schedules, taking bathroom breaks, etc.) and said very little to me. A person who I presume was his supervisor came over to help a few times and he was wonderful - engaged with me a few times and was very kind. I wish I had spent more of the 1.5 hour experience with him rather than the other guy! It was just a simple iPhone upgrade, so I thought the half hour window on the scheduler was more than sufficient, but apparently not and made me late to my own birthday lunch. Oh well. Just be warned to allow plenty of time beyond the half hour to get phones set up.

Associate was very knowledgeable and set up new phone efficiently. In addition, he explained the features of my Samsung S21+ and how to use them. When finished setting up my phone, he handled the trade in of my old Samsung phone. I would highly recommend Best Buy to purchase a phone.

Excellent dishwasher for the price. I purchased this model because installation was included, and the price was competitive. I particularly like the third shallow rack. Very pleased with the clean dishes after struggling with last-legs dishwasher for awhile. Best Buy installation crew was professional and polite.

Did a great job with new phone setup and servicing

Purchase and setup was easy and effortless through Best Buy and I recommend over going to an individual cell phone retail store. Staff was helpful in transferring everything from my old phone and I was able to schedule appointment ahead of time = no wait & quick service.

When I purchased my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra the store associate was very helpful in setting up my phone and making sure every thing transferred correctly. He was able to answer my questions about the new phone. I have had phone almost a month and it is working very well.

The Best Buy staff were professional and attentive. They handled the exchange of information from my old phone to my new phone seamlessly. They configured my phone to my liking and answered all my questions. I am very happy with my phone purchase from Best Buy.

Highly recommend using the talented staff at Best Buy in Strongsville to assist with setting up your new phone. Don't waste time at the Verizon store - Best Buy can take care of it with ease. Ordered online and made an appointment for the next day - fantastic!
